Mooi museum. Geeft een goed overzicht van de historie van de stad Ljubljana. Ook de tijdelijke expositie over de architect Plešnik was erg de moeite waard. Geweldige koffiebar STOW in de kelder van het museum.

My favourite museum in the city 💜 Such nice atmosphere and architecture. You also learn a lot about Ljubljana and you see the city through a completely new light, with muc more depth and meaning. Definitely worth a visit! So inspiring. P.S. I loved the Plečnik guided tour at 18.30 on the Museum Night, the guide was so lovely.

Cool little museum. They do a student discounted ticket if you have student ID. Optional lockers for bags. Great exhibition on the history of Slovenia which was well explained in multiple languages and perfect sized so it didn't overload with too much reading. Cool coffee place within the museum too. I was there about 1.5 hours and saw everything on offer.

A small museum on the second floor, with about 5 rooms of thoughtfully curated exhibits of the history of Ljubljana. The most fascinating, for me, from a historical perspective, is the discovery of the world's oldest wooden wheel. All exhibits have English descriptions, some videos and some fun interactive ones.

Ein sehr eindrückliches Museum zur Stadtgeschichte. Von den Menschen der Steinzeit bis zu den Römern wird alles sehr ausführlich dargestellt. Toll ist zur Zeit die Plecnik - Ausstellung, die sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Das Café ist super!
