Wir haben eine Yacht übernommen, alles soweit ok, aber Diesel Geruch. Dem bin ich auf den Grund gegangen. Ca 5cm Diesel in der Bilge gefunden, Tank undicht. Die Crew im Hafen hat sich nicht gekümmert, wir habe sehr viel Diesel aufgenommen. Ok, dachten das sei evt nicht so schlimm. Am Tag danach hatte die crew der heckkabinen einen dicken Kopf- ok . Richtig schlimm wurde es nach der zweiten Nacht, alle die hinten schliefen hatten schwere Symptome( nicht essen, Kopfschmerzen,…) . Ich bin nicht empfindlich, aber sowas brauche ich nicht nochmal. Das hat zwei komplette Urlaubstage gekostet. Um die Reaktion des Verchartertes nicht mit Wegignorieren zu beschreiben, spreche ich hier von freundlicher Kenntnisnahme.

Der Service im Büro ist mangelhaft und wird vom Personal am Steg für den Check-On und für den Check-Out noch übertroffen. Keine Information, wann mit dem Check zu rechnen ist. Bei Fragen schickt man uns vom Steg ins Büro und vom Büro hinter das Haus und wieder zurück und das in sehr unfreundlicher Weise. Ich bin es Gewohnt, Mängel an der Yacht, ob selbst verursacht, bereits vorhanden oder aus welchem Grund auch immer, der Charterbasis sofort zu melden, damit das Service-Personal bei der Rückkehr auf die Instandsetzung vorbereitet ist. Dafür habe ich bislang immer ein Dankeschön und eine Rückmeldung bekommen. Nicht so bei Adriatic Charter. Eine (von uns) zerbrochene Dachluke hat man dann mit Verwunderung bei der Bootsabnahme entdeckt. Ob die Inrechnungstellung von 500 Euro gerechtfertigt ist, will ich gar nicht hinterfragen. Ob der Austausch von spät Freitagabend bis Samstag für die Nachfolgecrew gelingt, wage ich zu bezweifeln. Der Schwarzwassertank kann nicht verschlossen werden. Wes für ein "Spaß" in der Marina und in der Ankerbucht! Rettungsinsel gibt es sowieso nicht und der "komplett ausgestattete Werkzeugkoffer" besteht aus einer Rohrzange und ein paar Schraubendreher. An der Stelle hör ich auf.

My experience with agency is that this is the worst agency on the Croatian part of Adriatic. I am telling this from 20-year experience of renting sailing boats on Adriatic. Last year we were very dissatisfied with their approach. I list everything that deviated from the standard behavior of the agencies with whom we we normally do business: - We had to check-in on our own - We were handed an empty fuel canister for the outboard engine - We were given a faulty toilet - The ship was not cleaned properly - The depth gauge was faulty - During the check-out, the employee of the agency was rude, he was not interested in listening to our comments - The boat was not in accordance with the offer and the job from the staff was not at a professional level. - None of our requests for the compensation were not accepted My suggestion is to avoid this agency!

Poměrně levná charterová společnost. Loď Bavaria 40´ byla čistá a docela udržovaná. Vesměs jsme neměli žádný velký problém. Malý motor na člun nefungoval - vyměnili, do kapitánské kaujty kapala voda, ale žádná hrůza - technici se snažili vyřešit. Jinak vše fungovalo. Klidně bych si od nich loď půjčil znovu.

Never again! Nie Wieder! Faulty old vessel not as described. Alt und sehr schlecht erhalten Yachten nicht wie beschrieben. Dishonest service with no respect for the safety of the crew. Nicht Ehrliche service, ohne ein Achtung für Mannschaft Sicherheit. Very disappointing. Sehr Enttäuschend! Cowboys! Piraten!

Wir hatten letztes Jahr zum zweiten Mal in Zadar gebucht Bavaria 46,knapp zwei Jahre alt.Der Allgemeinzustand war extrem gebracht,einige Scharniere,Kühlschrank Deckfenster,Kühltruhe einfach gebrochen, getan wurde nichts.Unfreundliches völlig überlastetes Personal bei Übernahme wie beim Auschecken.Man kam sich als Bittsteller vor und nicht als Kunde.Nach einem Tag Dingimotor funktionierte nicht mehr und man konnte uns nich helfen, wegen so einem Problem kommt man nicht zur Hilfe und das beim zwei Wochentörn Wassertank bei Übernahme z.b.halb leer und beim auschecken vorgeworfen warum der Wassertank nicht aufgefüllt ist.Mit meiner Familie chartere ich nie wieder da . zwei Tage später bei einem anderen vecharterer unterwegs mit anderer crew alles prima,aber dort nicht.

The worst experience we have had in our life! The boat of 2013 despite the high price had no extras included, we paid apart from towels, dinghy for the boat, we had no navigator in the cockpit of the boat, only 5 fenders were provided and the microwave did not work. moreover, during navigation, water entered through the windows. the Menager of the company besides being very surly did not want to give us anything back for the inconvenience. he tried to kidding us saying that he tried to call us but in reality we didn't get any assistance. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED

Finger weg von dieser Charterfirma!!! Der Check in wurde im Schnelldurchlauf durchgeführt, weil zu wenig Personal. Hatten einen Bavaria 46 Baujahr 2019. Sehr viel Beschäftigt und nichts repariert. Badeplattform musste per Hand hochgezogen werden der Motor war defekt. Ankerkurberl schaltete immer die Sicherung ab. Hinter dem Ofen lag einen Muschel die wir leider erst nach einer Woche gefunden haben extremer Verwesungsgeruch. Nach der ersten Ausfahrt funktionierte der Außenbordmotor nicht mehr und verlor Benzin und Öl. Bekamen nichtmal das Geld für den Außenbordmotor retour das für 2 Wochen nicht wenig war (180€)

Super marina, jadrnica katero smo dobili Buffon 46 v zelo slabem stanju puščala voda na oknih nad kabino, notranjost in zunanjost bi morala biti bolj ohranjena. Čista petka pa gre skiperju Matko Elezoviću sa Šolte , resnično dober, pameten in zabaven. Bravo Matko vidimo se ponovno naslednje leto.

Got a half broken key, key got broken when I tried to lock the ship while in port. I was charged over 100 Euros for it. Cheap low quality company. If you can go for any other company definitely do it.

Very unpleasant experience dealing with the company. One of the steps on the yacht broke under one of the crewmembers which lead to a trauma, and the manager blamed it on us and refused to return the deposit.
