Tohle bude velmi neobjektivni recenze, protoze nejsem jachtou polibeny. Prvni a doufam ze posledni vylet na jachte budu mit spojeny s tim, ze malo prostoru s hodne lidma, vybydlena jachta, roztrzena plachta, nefunkcni motor u pridavneho plavidla, nehezke pocasi… ale jsk rikam, subjektivni pocit, chapu lidi, kterym se to libi, skoda, ze jsem byl jejich pokusnym kralikem 😂

Bij de snelle en slordige incheck was alles zogenaamd in orde. Bij de uitcheck was ineens de kromme pikhaak (die bij de incheck goed was) niet goed genoeg. Erg bedroevend dat je na een week voor €5000 wordt opgelicht voor €20 door de technicus (Stef of Sef). Lijkt erop dat hij dit als handeltje ernaast doet. Een Italiaanse Flotielje leider herkende het verhaal van deze ‘scam’. Dit bedrijf begrijpt duidelijk niet hoe je klanten behoudt of heeft niet door dat de medewerkers dit soort praktijken ernaast uitvoeren met hun klanten. Bittere nasmaak van een mooie zeilweek en zonde dat dit bedrijf nu tenminste 1 klant kwijt is. Wij gaan hier nooit meer heen en raad je aan ook niet te gaan of anders erg op je hoede te zijn!

Be careful. They gave me an outboard motor with clean gasoline (no mixture). So the motor did not work and we never used it. When we came back they accused us of breaking the motor and charged us 350,--. Unfortunately I have the feeling that they did it on purpose.

The cabinets on the boat were all dirty. There were not enough sheets for 14 days, the boat boxes in the cockpit were nasty and filled with puke, the boat was not clean on the deck, the byboat was torn. The blankets were not clean. You have to make your own beds. The beds were full of hair and dust under the mattresses, there were stains on the walls, there was motor oil (disel) in the cabinets and a bad smell during the nights. Otherwise the staff is nice and somewhat helpful when you find them.

A menedzser -meglepetésünkre, mivel addig jó tapasztalatunk volt- egy igazi agressziv bunkó volt a legrosszabb balkani fajtabol! A technical support elérhetetlen. Soha többé!

Egy használhatatlan motort kaptunk a kis csónakhoz ami miatt a visszatéréskor reklamálni próbáltunk. A menwdzser ekkor szó szerint ránk támadt és azzal fwnyegetett ha nem húzunk el innen megver!! Ököllel támadt ránk! Ezen kívül a biztonsági telefonszámot egész héten hiába hivtuk nem vették fel. Ezt a cégwt el kell felejteni!

Schöne Marina, immer saubere Sanitäranlagen, nur das Restaurant lässt zu wünschen übrig - ewig lange Wartezeiten wg. zu wenig Personal in Stoßzeiten, Küche...naja, Preis/Leistung stimmen nicht überein.

Bavaria 46 (2014). Schlampige schnelle Übergabe und bei der Rücknahme bei einem 10 Jahre alten Schiff plötzlich alles ganz genau geprüft und ein bei der Übernahme angesprochenes verkratztes Fenster dann in die Schadenslisteit aufgenommen. Schiff war technisch okay 1. Nur mit Versicherung mieten 2. Schäden und zwar alle ins Übergabeprotokoll aufnehmen lassen. 3. Fotos von allen Schäden machen 4. Am besten andere Charterei nutzen. Sorry aber bitterer Beigeschmack beim doch so schönen Aufenthalt.

Serdecznie polecam. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Jacht 10 lat, ale super przygotowany do żeglugi. Żagle i olinowanie w świetnym stanie. Środek czysty.

Service bei der Check In, Anlegen und Check Out hat Emilio und die gesamte Crew gut gemacht. Zustand der Yacht (Bavaria 40 / 2013 Vuga) war ok, jedoch waren viele Hundehaare vom Vormieter verteilt. Der größte Minuspunkt war, dass die Toiletten nicht am Fäkalientank angeschlossen waren, sondern direkt nach Außen geführt haben!! Ich habe eine Mängelliste geschrieben für die Emilio dankbar war. Kleinere Mängel und Schäden wurden nicht in Rechnung gestellt.

Nach den zum Teil katastrophalen Bewertungen war ich sehr gespannt. Aber ich wurde positiv überrascht! Kompetente und professionelle Mitarbeiter, sowohl im Büro als auch am Steg. Trotz dem Saisonende sauberes Boot und in akzeptablen technischen Zustand. Kleine Reparatur wurde unmittelbar am Übernahmetag erledigt. Insbesondere Roko war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Gerne wieder!

Materace żyją i gryzą, obsługa "sprytna- cwaniaczki'; szczególnie kobieta po 40 - z nutą pretensji, że musi przychodzić do pracy i że niby nikt nie czyta warunków najmu. Czyta i depozyt to nie jest bezzwrotne świadczenie :) przygotujcie się na frustrację i adrenalinę .

Beware of this company!!! Unbeliavable! Never again with these clowns! They are Liars! Scammers! When taking the yacht, we were shown by the technician how to open the yacht deck hatches. From the inside, unlock both handles, lift the hatch, keep turning the lock on the piston to arrest the hatch position, then unlock it! before closing the hatch, always close and secure it with the locking handles before moving the yacht and sailing. On the day of returning the yacht, we got to the marina, parked the yacht, made ourselves comfortable for the rest of the afternoon and evening, and because there was no wind that particular day, we opened all the windows and the hatches to allow at least some airflow through the interior. The very same technician who was handing us the yacht a week ago comes aboard and, without a word, starts checking the yacht's components. I am watching him because I find it interesting. He comes to the front of the deck and jerks the front hatch. He jerks half open, arrested hatch from the top of the deck! One of the hinges comes partially off, he jerks one more time, and the hinge comes off completely. He makes a grimace and starts walking towards the cockpit, claiming that there is a "problem with the hatch". Me walking towards him and towards the hatch, still not being able to believe what he just did, I start arguing with him that he is the one who just caused the problem and who just now actually broke the hatch hinge. Only now, when I meet him halfway to the hatch, can I see that he not only dismantled the hinge but broke the hatch in half!!!! I did not give up arguing, the captain also came, asking about the source of the bang he just heard. The technician keeps saying that we broke the hatch, and he runs away. We go to the company office to share what just happened, and the lady sitting behind the counter calls the main technicians and says that the hatch damage is not going to be charged to us. The next day, the same technician comes again, finishes the walkaround with the captain (I was not there anymore), and writes some Croatian text in the protocol. The captain asks him, what does it mean, the technician replies that it says that everything is good. The captain takes the protocol, goes into the office, and asks someone else what the handwritten text means. He is told that it says - you broke the hatch. So he gives up because he has the full insurance paid and three unpatient children waiting outside the door to hit the road. Unbeliavable! Never again with these clowns! My personal guess is that it was a setup from the beginning, but because the technician did not manage to dismantle the hinge by the first pull, he pulled again, but too strongly, and "accidentally" broke the whole hatch.

Unfortunately the service and the boat weren't what we expected. The base manager was really rude and was charging us for an missing anchor, that wasn't even there in the beginning. The boat was not cleaned properly and the toilets smelled very bad. Equipment on boat was missing.

Unverschämter Base Manager. Mir wurden heute 70 € für den nicht vorhandenen Heckanker berechnet. (Auf Checkliste extra von mir nicht angekreuzt). Reaktion von BaseManager: Sagt uns ins Gesicht, dass er uns nicht glaubt. Zustand der Yacht mäßig durchschnittlich. Dingi Kanister leer, kein Öl vorhanden um Mischverhältnis herzustellen, auf den Dinghi Motor mussten wir bei Abholung lange warten und immer wieder nachfragen. Nie wieder Adriatic Charter.!
