Good stuff, nice selection of wines by the glass although they also had a red one with a technical error in it, so might be a bit on the 'vin nature' side for the people that are into it. Good cheese and stuff, recommend

We came here late on evening in 2023, and had to return. Same, bustling atmosphere from the quaint side street as ever. Great wine knowledge from the waiter. I had my first Cabernet Franc... And then I had another. Possibly the best red wine I have ever tasted. A real treat, and reasonably priced for the centre of one of Europes tourist hot-spots. Cheers guys!!

The owner was unbelievably knowledgeable on the different wines of croatia, and explained in great detail the flight of wine we had, she then helped us with her recommendations of restaurants and trips which were both top choices! To taste wine from Croatia and learn about each wine from an expert look no further!

I can only state my (and my girlfriend’s) experience as there are a lot of good reviews on here. We ordered two wine flights (one with the vintage whites, and a red). When the flights were brought out, we were informed that the wines they were giving us were not actually the ones that were advertised on the menu and we had not been warned or informed about this beforehand (red flag 1). The white wine sampler - instead of having all older vintages as described in the menu, had only one older vintage and two much newer (one was as new as 2023). Newer vintages can often be nice, but this sampler was ordered specifically because of the older vintages. The red wine sampler again had a replacement wine, not having the one I really wanted (the Zinfandel). No apologies for this and no explanation before hand. Being good sports, we wanted to be ok with it hoping the wines were nice anyway. Unfortunately this was not the case - both our first wines were bitter tasting. Ok maybe not our thing - we finished the glasses, then took a sip of our second glasses. Same thing - bitter. Put that down and tried our third - same thing. They tasted odd and even oxidized, and honestly the white which was the only older vintage and was described as being a sweeter wine was the worst of all of them. I went up to one of the staff (she seemed like the manager) to ask if something was wrong. I was only greeted with rudeness, saying not all wines are for everyone (again, why we went and finished the first glasses) and that we shouldn’t have drank the wines and mentioned it earlier if we didn’t like them (there were clearly four full glasses with only 1-2 sips out of them still on the table). We’ve done quite a few wine tastings and this is the only one where literally every wine was barely drinkable and even that’s being generous. Instead of trying to see if there was a problem we were made to feel as if we were at fault. The only redeeming factor is we did not have to pay but were essentially told to leave the bar. This was quite unlike the service of any other place we have been. I’m not really one to complain about things ever, but this was the worst experience we’ve had in not just Dubrovnik, but all of our travels on this trip.

We kregen niet echt de tijd om te kiezen, de ober bleef er wat ongemakkelijk bijstaan om ons dan toch te laten kiezen. Jammer kon je geen proevertjes pakken, dit was maar tot 21h. Niet verwacht van een wijnbar. Er stond wel wat uitleg op de kaart, maar de ober kwam niet enthousiast over en stelde niets voor.

Read on google that this was one of the best places for a good glass of wine. Once seated, we got the menu. cheapest glass was €8 euro. As normal, for us at least, we asked if we could taste the wine we wanted to order. The answer was.. “we don’t do samples”. Well… not the place for us, sorry

Great wine bar in the old town. They take their wine very seriously, but they like to have fun and not take life too seriously. Amosphere is great, and the staff are really helpful in matching you to the right wine. We took a tour of Peljesac with the owner, Sasha. It was a great tour, and Sasha is a gem. Contact them for tours, it's a great way to spend a day.

Quality tapas from this joint. Had a couple of wines and some picky bits and 5 cigarettes and I felt like remy from ratatouille 😂🤯 Unfortunately I forgot to take a pic here but trust me the food was Dee-lish😳

A must visit spot in Dubrovnik! Lovely wine bar with incredible choice of wines. I wish I got his name but the Australian man was the most amazing host! So knowledge about the wines, I loved both recommendations, and so attentive and personable. Made me feel at ease being a solo traveller. Next time I visit Croatia I’ll make sure to stay in Dubrovnik so I can visit more!
