Rented a car here for 4 days. I have to say the excellent Google score was justified. Flawless communication before, during and after renting. Was able to use my debit card to rent (of course a certain amount was put on hold, and subsequently released upon returning the car undamaged), which was a huge plus for me, as I do not own a credit card. Picking up and returning the car was also quick and hassle-free. All staff polite and professional. I was even lucky enough to get an upgrade, a much better car than originally was agreed upon! All in all thank you, Easy Rent for making our car rental so great an experience! If we ever return to Croatia, we definitely will choose Easy Rent again!

Must recommend this company, after checking reviews before booking, this seemed to be the most trustworthy of the many companies operating from dubrovnik airport. Our experience proved this, unfortunately we happened to make minor damage to the car, contacted the office that day with photos. As you can imagine we were worried having heard horror stories about people being ripped off. Easy rent straight away reassured us we were covered by insurance, and told us relax and enjoy the rest of our holiday. This was a huge relief, and eased our minds. When we returned the car, there was no hassle and they were very pleasant. Again would recommend this company, for an honest and reassuring service, and will certainly be using them again on our next trip to Croatia

Best rental service at Dubrovnik airport. The car was very clean and in excellent condition. Considering the geographic landscape of Croatia the car had to be reliable to climb hills and for us to travel safe. We had to return the car early in the morning during return, but that was not a problem as we just parked the car at the rental and drop the keys in the letterbox. I would highly recommend anybody visiting Croatia, Montenegro or Bosnia to rent a car from easy rent. Mihajlo and his colleagues was very kind and helpful in reserving the car.

This company were excellent. After reading lots of horror stories about car rental companies in Croatia I was nervous but read good reviews about EasyRent. It wasn't as cheap as the budget companies but in this case we got what we paid for. As soon as I seen enquired, the messaged me. They were flexible and quick to respond. They delivered the car to where I was staying in Mlini and picked it up the next day. There was an issue with the sat nav add they said it wouldn't work well in Bosnia. I was glad they were up front with me as it prompted me to download the relevant Google maps I needed rather than rely on a sat nav. Best to do that in Bosnia as O2 wanted £65 for 1gb data. I see why the company's sat nav wouldn't work in Bosnia. The car was great. The pick up and drop off times were quick. I dealt with 3 guys, all professional and friendly. They released my deposit immediately upon collecting the car and didn't try any funny business in relation to damage. An excellent experience. Thoroughly recommend.

Wir hatten am Flughafen Dubrovnik ein ziemliches Mietwagen-Problem – doch der Mitarbeiter von EasyRent hat uns wirklich gerettet. Unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und lösungsorientiert – er hat sich richtig Zeit genommen, uns zu helfen, und uns eine super faire, unkomplizierte und preislich absolut starke Lösung angeboten. Man hat sofort gemerkt, dass es ihm wirklich um zufriedene Kunden geht. Seriös, transparent und menschlich – genau so, wie man sich das bei einer Autovermietung wünscht. Wir durften sogar die CD aus dem Mietwagen behalten, weil wir sie die ganze Reise über gehört haben – so eine kleine Geste, aber einfach richtig schön. Ganz klare Empfehlung – würden jederzeit wieder bei EasyRent buchen. Vielen Dank für diesen großartigen Service!

Wat een fijne auto verhuur! We moesten noodgedwongen ergens anders een auto huren (we huren nooit meer bij Avia). Ze hadden nog een Suzuki Vitara hybrid, hele fijne auto! Ook slechts 200 euro geblokkeerd op de creditcard (i.p.v. 1750 bij bijv Avia). Hele vriendelijke mensen!

Excelente compañía local de alquiler de coches en Dubrovnik. Como comprobarás alquilar un coche en esta ciudad es muy caro pero esta agencia es, sin lugar a dudas, la mejor opción calidad-precio que encontrarás. La reserva fue muy fácil así como la recogida del vehículo ya que están a 50 metros de la salida de la terminal del aeropuerto. El coche moderno, muy limpio e incluso un nivel superior del que habíamos alquilado. Y el personal muy atento en todo momento. Así que ni lo dudes si estás pensando en alquilar con ellos, no encontrarás nada mejor.

Mój wybór padł na EasyRentCar ze względu na dobre opinie, konkurencyjne ceny i możliwość przejazdu do Czarnogóry bez dodatkowych opłat. I nie zawiodłem się. Zarezerwowałem pojazd klasy VW Polo a otrzymałem prawie nowy VW Taigo. Kontakt był szybki i bezproblemowy, zarówno przy odbiorze auta jak i przy zwrocie. Zdecydowanie polecam EasyRentCar w Dubrowniku.
