We decided to eat at this restaurant for the reason being that they have a sign outside clearly stating that they offer 20% discount before 6pm. When walking into the restaurant, I also checked with the waiters who confirmed the 20% offer is off the whole menu except for breakfast (no other information about the offer was provided). We ordered, ate the food - which was fine but average - and then I was provided with the bill. After receiving the bill, I asked if the 20% had been taken off. The man said that it hadn’t and only then decided to inform me that this offer is only valid when you’re paying in cash. I then suggested that I’d go and get cash, but he said it was too late as the order had now been put through the till. I also told him that we were not informed that we needed to pay in cash in order to receive the deal and asked if the sign outside the restaurant states this. He claimed that it did, but you can clearly see in the photo that this is not the case. In the end, we paid the full price but we felt like we had massively been victim of false advertising which was very disappointing. We will not be returning on this basis.

In perspective of very expensive Dubrovnik, very good place. Black risotto and shrimp risotto were excellent, maybe one of the best in Dubrovnik area. Kids nuggets were also great and far away from standards of McDonalds. I really recommend by the price and quality.

Food was great and tasty had Peppercorn Steak which I would recommend, we encountered a problem of tiny flies all over the table and was forever swatting whilst eating and some ended up in my partner’s drink, an issue we didn’t encounter at any other restaurant. We also received 20% off for paying with cash.

I had one of the best mixed grill plates at Mama Mia, and the service was excellent. The portion size was very reasonable for the price, and the quality of the meat was outstanding. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were kind and welcoming.
