Bar con musica hasta las 23.00, mosquitos, defectos en el mantenimiento de la habitación, cocina poco equipada, la vistas al mar eran por una miniventana y hacía el puerto,problemas con el check-out. Muy bien situado

Villa Piranesi is located in the center of the city, directly next to the port. The sea and restaurants are a stone's throw away. The room was very spacious and cozy. We will definitely come back.

Odlična lokacija, apartman korektan.Dobili smo apartman sa bočnim pogledom na luku, odnosno pogledom na u zgradu preko puta, gde je u prizemlju lokal koji ima glasnu muziku do 24h.Zgrada nema lift.Za četiri noći nismo dobili čiste peškire i posteljin.Dobra stvar je garaža, na ulazu u Piran, koju besplatno koristite dok ste u apartmanu.Recepcija je u jednom od apartmana, na drugom spratu i radi do 16h.

We stayed three nights in a Superior One-Bedroom Apartment with Sea View.|The bed was very comfortable and it seems that the whole apartment has recently been renovated. ||Although it wasn’t specifically mentioned in the description, this apartment includes a very comfortable sofa in the living room making it a very relaxing place to stay for several days. ||Parking arrangements are a little bit complicated but it all worked out fine. ||Very helpful and friendly staff made us feel very welcome.

Toto miesto na ubytovanie je naozaj super, do centra mesta to máte na námestie 2 min pešo, ubytovanie bolo veľmi pekné, slnečné. Bývate hneď pri prístave a z okna viete sledovať ruch v prístave každé ráno každý deň. Ubytovanie bolo dobre vybavené, viete si sami navariť. Na raňajky to máte na skok do prístavných rešťaurácií. V okolí je množstvo krásnych uličiek plných reštaurácií a obchodíkov. Nepáčil sa nám spôsob akým nám bol odkomunikovaný spôsob a miesto vyloženia batožiny. Nie je tu veľa miesta na parkovanie a batožinu si treba vyložiť pri prístave hneď pri ubytovaní a hneď odísť, pretože miestni policajti radi rozdávajú pokuty za státie pri tomto ubytovaní. Do 20 min sme mali tri autá za stieračom pokuty. Ide o princíp, riadili sme sa podľa inštrukcií, ale žiaľ obišli sme s pokutou za zlé parkovanie. Na toto si teda dajte pozor!!!! Na recepcii sa snažili im volať, ale neúspešne. Následné dni počas pobytu nám s tým ale už nikto nepomohol, pretože na recepcii sa nikto nenachádzal. Rovno pod izbami sme mali malé vystúpenie gitaristu - asi miestny umelec, ktorý hral do pol noci, čo bol dosť počuť, ale verím, že to tam nie je často. Inak je to jedno z najkrajších miest na ubytovanie v Pirane.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und auch wütend. Wir waren schon 2mal in diesem Haus und es hat eigentlich alles super gepasst. Wir haben am 6.Dezember 2022 für Mai zwei Nächte gebucht. Im Februar wurde meine Buchung angeblich wegen Überbuchung von der Unterkunft storniert. DREI MONATE SPÄTER!!! Ich dachte mir Okay is halt so. Ich natürlich auf neuer suche nach einem Apartment in Piran auf Booking. Und siehe da, es scheint Villa Piranesi in den Vorschlägen auf....seltsam, wo sie ja angeblich überbucht sind?! Ich nix blöd reserviere nochmal die gleiche Reisezeit wie auch im Dezember! Habe auch sofort eine Buchungsbestätigung bekommen. Ich habe dann Interesse halber auf Booking nachgesehen ob Villa Piranesi noch verfügbar ist. Tatsächlich war nichts mehr verfügbar. Und das nächste schlägt dem Fass den Boden aus!!!! Zack, bekomme ich ein paar Tage später wieder die Stornierung wegen Überbuchung von Villa Piranesi!!!😡 Ich sofort wieder bei Booking nachgesehen und ratet mal...richtig das Apartment war wieder verfügbar! Meine Vermutung ist....., Es ist das lange Feiertagswochenende und wir haben nur zwei Nächte gebucht und die Betreiber wollen aus Profitgier alle drei Tage verbucht haben. Hier komm ich mir vor als ob ich als Gast nichts Wert bin!!! Diesen einen Stern muss man ja geben, leider!! Aber egal, wir buchen bei Villa Piranesi sicher kein Apartment mehr !!!!

The accommodation is very nice, you can see that here was renovated. The reception is very friendly. The accommodation is located directly on the main square. You have to park the car a little outside in a parking garage but there is a shuttle bus or with about 20 minutes walk along the promenade you are also back in the accommodation. The rooms have one bedroom. However, if you use it with 4 people, the sofa in the living room is not too comfortable. For 1-2 nights but to endure

Great location for a holiday. It is close to sea and near the main plaza în Piran. The rooms are clean, tidy, with all ammenities.
