Visite effectuée dans le cadre du pass. C'est certainement le musée où il y a le plus de choses à voir. Le bâtiment est très joli, avec une agréable cour intérieure. Les expositions de peintures, sculptures, mobiliers ne sont pas forcément expliquées en anglais et les époques sont mélangées. Donc l'intérêt pour un français en minime mais la visite est agréable. Attention, le lieu n'est pas climatisé, juste des fenêtres ouvertes et des ventilateurs.

Ik adviseer tickets te kopen, maar dan wel de Dubrovnik City Pass. Dat is dezelfde prijs als alleen de stadsmuren beklimmen, maar dan kun je dus ook nog gratis dit museum en nog vele andere musea bekijken en gratis met de bus. Dit Rector's Palace heeft veel schilderijen en kunstwerken van een aantal eeuwen geleden, maar ook foto's van de burgeroorlog in voormalig Joegoslavië en zilverwerk. Entree voor dit museum los is eur 15, dus als het al bij de City Pass in zit is het een 'no brainer'. Tickets voor volwassenen geldt trouwens al voor kinderen ouder dan 7 jaar (!)

It was included in the Dubrovnik pass so I went, but if you have to pay the entrance fee, maybe you want to consider again. The staircase in the middle was beautiful, it was featured in the Game of Thrones. However, other than that, I’m not entirely sure about the quality of exhibits there. The museum did not have air conditioning so it was very hot and very humid. Considering that they had paintings and furnitures made out of wood displayed, the rooms probably need to be temperature and humidity controlled to better preserve their artifacts.

Authentic and historic museum which is part of the Dubrovnik pass scheme. Lovely to visit, learned a lot and quite quick to get through, highly recommend!

El palacio es bonito e interesante, pero por lo que cuesta, 15€ por persona, podrían aprovechar mejor los espacios para exponer mas cosas o conservarlo mejor
