Un musée qui est logé dans un bâtiment magnifique et qui offre un bon résumé de la peinture slovène du XVIe siècle à nos jours. On y fait quelques jolies découvertes de peintres slovènes inspirés comme Pavel Künl, Marko Pernhart, Ivana Kobilca, Ivan Grohar, Rihard Jakopič, Matija Jama ou Marij Pregelj. À voir donc.

They have almost exclusively Slovenian artists’ works. Overall it was unimpressive. It was a beautiful building but unsupported by the works on display.

I visited the gallary in the occasion of the Rembrandt's sketches exhibition, and l spent some time in the coffee shop for refreshments. I definitively recommend it (and the National Gallery too, of course).
