Il Museo Nazionale della Slovenia ha sede in un bellissimo palazzo neorinascimentale nel centro di Lubiana. Interessante e suggestiva la collezione egizia e i reperti archeologici dell'età del ferro. Nello stesso palazzo c'è anche lo straordinario Museo di Storia Naturale che suggerisco assolutamente di visitare perché adattissimo ai bambini visti i numerosi angoli di interazione progettati per imparare divertendosi.

To je manjša verzija Dunajskega prirodoslovnega muzeja vendar vsekakor vredna ogleda. Mislim, da imajo sedaj veliko več eksponatov odkar sem bila nazadnje tam pred leti. Za otroke zelo zanimivo, čeprav sem opazila da so bile nekatere stvari uničene in jih niso popravili.

Дуже сподобалось, найстаріший в світі музичний інструмент (а неандертальці були не такими дикунами як я вважала раніше). Стародавня "барбі". Відерце із символами які не вдалося розшифрувати до сих пір, дуже багато цікавих експонатів. Щоб гарно роздивитися потрібно не менше 2-3 годин. Якщо є можливість взяти екскурсовода - Беріть обов'язково.

The general exposition is very well maintened and organised. However, my personal opinion is that part about Slavic migrations is not covered enough. The exposition also seems to be somehow short and I got a feeling that it ended too quickly. I've expected a bit more from the National Museum, because I'm sure that they do not lack artefacts, but maybe do some space. Otherwise, very well organised and a must see if you're interested in history of Slovenia. It's truly amazing how many interesting artefacts from different eras were found on the territory of Slovenia.

Die Ausstellung deckt nur ältere Geschichte ab, was mir zuvor nicht klar war. Tipp: man kann einen kostenlosen "virtual reality Rundgang" (mit VR-Brille) durch die rekonstruierte Version von Ausgrabungsstätten machen und sogar Schmied spielen. Achtung: der Eintritt für das Nationalmuseum war an diesem Tag kostenlos. Das Personal am Eingang wollte uns ein Kombiticket für beide Museen (National- und Naturgeschichtemuseum) für 6€ andrehen, wodurch wir doch für das Nationalmuseum gezahlt hätten (Eintritt pro Museum kostet ca. 3€ für Studenten). Kann deshalb leider nur 3 Sterne geben.

Easy to find. Both national and natural museum combo was only 10euro. The ethnographic/national museum includes a lot of English translations. The natural history museum may require a course in Latin.

There were two museums in this building. I went to the natural History museum which was pretty interesting. There was a lot of taxidermy and lots of interesting information about the animals and the natural environment in Slovenia. There were also a few exhibits about geology. The second museum which is in this building which I did not visit was about Slovenian history from prehistoric days to the medieval era

Gut es gibt umkleiden Die auszellung über die uhrzeit ect ist sehr interessant mir hat die neue geschichte gefehlt gehört da aber vllt ajch nicht hin Ich fand den Eintritt eher teuer 20€ 2 personen Der onlineguide funktioniert so mäßig Position 1 wurde wohl gelöscht weil der musuemsdirektor gegangen wurde? Das eduroam stürzt immer wieder ab sodass man irgendwann die lust verliert
