Une véritable pépite culinaire ! Mon expérience au restaurant Franka a été exceptionnelle du début à la fin. L’ambiance à la fois élégante et décontractée. J’ai dégusté des oyster mushrooms absolument délicieux – parfaitement cuisinés, savoureux et fondants en bouche, avec une touche de créativité qui les rendait vraiment uniques. Le plat principal, un Slavonian pork shashlik, était tout simplement sublime. La viande était tendre, juteuse, et grillée à la perfection, avec des saveurs riches et bien équilibrées. On sentait la qualité des ingrédients et le savoir-faire en cuisine. Franka est clairement une adresse à ne pas manquer si vous êtes en Croatie.

In this charming little restaurant in Trogir’s old town, we had a delicious seafood platter for two — everything was fresh and full of flavor. The service was kind and attentive, and the place had a beautiful coastal design. A truly enjoyable experience — highly recommended!

Super good! Service was excellent, and the setting is really lovely—very cute and welcoming. The menu has plenty of great options. The prawn pasta was delicious, and the beef was just as good. Definitely recommend!

Eine kleine, nette Unterkunft in zentraler Lage mit dem besten Restaurant der Stadt direkt darunter gelegen. Ein super Ausgangspunkt um von hieraus Trogir zu erkunden. Im Restaurant gibt es 10% Rabatt, wenn man hier übernachtet.

The location is within the old town and very quaint. Service was amazing from our server Ivan! Amazing food well worth the high prices.We had the aubergine carpaccio which was to die forand I had one of the best steak ever and my wife had the chicken that was amazing. All in all a very good experience i warmly recommend!

I went for lunch for the risotto cikla but they didn't have it on the lunch menu, so I had their daily menu 3, which was oyster mushrooms on a puree (forgot to ask what the puree was!) and it was delicious 😋 Followed by pork on a skewer, topped with thinly sliced pickled onions, also amazing! Highly recommend!

Lovely dinner at Franka! Recommend booking a table as it can be a bit busy. We had the grilled seabass and it was lovely. Also had grilled vegetables and bread with herb butter. I recommend both. The waiter's white wine recommendation was perfect as was the lemon ricotta dessert and local dessert wine. Would definitely come back! ❤️

We came before the evening peak, there were 3 waiters and no one bothered to serve us the menu or offer water, most probably because our table was assigned to a waiter that was on a break - very unprofessional! The food was good, the tuna tartare top of the top, pasta with beef as well. But the aubergine starter was completely „killed” by the huge amount of tahini sauce which dominated the whole dish. Octopus risotto, technically done very well, but the mix of flavors did not meet my preferences. All in all, good food, but the first impression was unpleasant.
