Warning: Misleading parking system – aggressive pricing and no transparency! Trogir Holding d.o.o. manages parking lots with signage that misleads tourists and locals alike. At first glance, the sign says “4 EUR/hour” in large print. Directly below, it also says “10 EUR/hour” in the same size — but the small text next to it quietly states when each price applies, which is easy to overlook. 12 out of 12 people I spoke to were tricked by this. Most assume it's 4 EUR/hour, especially in a rush. In high season, though, they charge 10 EUR/hour, and just a short meal and a walk can cost you 40 EUR or more. This isn’t hospitality – it’s predatory pricing. Yesterday, I witnessed young men ripping out bollards and throwing objects in frustration. That’s how angry people feel – but Trogir Holding seems to ignore all of it, as long as the cash flows. I will never return to Trogir, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone until this abusive system is fixed. A town this beautiful shouldn’t be stained by shady business practices. Trogir deserves better. Upozorenje: Zavaravajuće oznake i agresivne cijene – velika sramota za Trogir! Trogir Holding d.o.o. upravlja parkiralištima s natpisima koji zavaravaju i turiste i lokalne stanovnike. Na prvi pogled piše “4 EUR/sat” velikim slovima. Ispod toga stoji i “10 EUR/sat”, također velikim fontom – ali sitan tekst pokraj toga navodi kada koja cijena vrijedi, što većina ljudi ne primijeti. 12 od 12 ljudi s kojima sam razgovarao rekli su da su bili prevareni. Svi pomisle da vrijedi 4 EUR, pogotovo ako su u žurbi. No u sezoni se naplaćuje 10 EUR/sat, što lako može završiti s 40 EUR za večeru i kratku šetnju. To nije gostoprimstvo – to je pljačka. Jučer sam vidio mladiće koji su iz bijesa čupali stupiće i bacali stvari. Ljudi su ogorčeni, ali Trogir Holding d.o.o. ne mari – dok god novac dolazi. Nikada se više neću vratiti u Trogir. Ne preporučujem nikome dolazak dok se ova praksa ne promijeni. Tako lijep grad ne zaslužuje da ga se povezuje s nepoštenim poslovanjem. Trogir zaslužuje bolje.

Best and cheapest parking we found in Trogir (July 2025) at €2 per hour - north of Trogir option was €3 per hour, so this was ideal for south side of Trogir or central areas.

Vollkommene Abzocke! Sobald das Fahrzeug eine gewisse Höhe hat, verlangen sie 45€ pro Tag. Steht klein am Automaten bei der Einfahrt. Wir haben 1 Parkplatz belegt, wie jedes andere Auto auch. Mussten aber die LKW Gebühr bezahlen weil unser Auto höher ist. 350€ für 1 Woche parken in der prallen Sonne haben wir bezahlt. Wucher! Unfreundlicher Besitzer des Parkplatzes. Uns sieht die Marina nicht mehr.

Parked here at the end of May and was 2 euros an hour (or 15 for the day) for a car. You take a ticket when you arrive, then when you drive out the man in the booth puts the ticket in a machine to tell you the price. (Note - cash only) Plenty of spaces, and a really nice scenic few minute walk across the bridge into the town. Much easier to park here than in the town itself
