While our overall experience in Croatia was amazing, we encountered very rude and unhelpful staff at this shop, which was unfortunately our only option. I ordered two croissants (€3.90 each) and two small water bottles (€2 each), totaling €11.80. However, I was charged €16. When I immediately pointed out the discrepancy, the staff began yelling at me, insisting I was wrong and claiming each item cost €4. I had clearly checked the price list and repeatedly explained that I was being charged for an extra item without receiving it. I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews when I have nothing positive to say, but after getting confirmation that this was a repetitive behavior, I felt compelled to share my experience. It's truly a pity to have a wonderful time in a country, only for a final interaction to leave a sour taste. With my extended experience in hospitality, I strongly believe that a bit of kindness, understanding, and a small smile can significantly improve any interaction. People make mistakes, and I hope they decide to appreciate their guests more from now on. After all, we are all the same.

I'm writing this review not because of the food, which is very basic and expensive, but what amazed me was how rude the woman working there was. We asked her to heat up some baby food for our baby, and she made a face... and said something in a hushed tone, grumpy. We then asked for extra chicken for one of the salads, and she also gave us a terrible answer, telling us that it was for the pasta salads and that they would charge us extra, but we already knew that. I had a great impression of the Croatian people, from Zagreb to Dubrivnik, passing through Zadar, Split, and Hvar, but this woman seemed so rude to me that she shouldn't work in front of the public.

The staff left my voucher, containing all my personal information, on the counter for over two minutes right in plain sight where anyone could have taken a photo of it or simply walked up and taken it, because the cashier went on to serve other customers. When I threw it in the bin, they suddenly acted shocked, said that I need to take it out, and even threatened to call the police (too bad they didn’t follow through). I’m not going to let this go, because it was a clear violation of my personal data, all due to staff laziness and a complete lack of basic respect for customers. Moving a single sheet of paper CONTAINING SENSITIVE INFORMATION takes half a second. As for the food—the “chicken” in the sandwich looked like someone had already chewed it and spit it out, but it was still edible. The croissant was hard, as if it had been sitting out for a week.

Bar molto caro, come tutti gli altri in aeroporto e in generale Dubrovnik. I prodotti non sono male, il burek era caldo e saporito, la ciambella non male. Se non altro ci sono i tavoli di fronte che sono comodi. Per le due cose speso circa 12 euro ed erano le più economiche.

coffe bar caffe lindo- Niestety kanapka okazała się przeterminowana, co już samo w sobie jest niedopuszczalne, zwłaszcza przy tak wysokiej cenie. Dodatkowo była bardzo twarda – trudna do ugryzienia, a tym bardziej do zjedzenia. Zawiodła mnie zarówno jakością, jak i świeżością. Niestety, gdy zgłosiłam problem obsłudze, reakcja ograniczyła się jedynie do zdawkowego 'sorry', bez żadnej próby rozwiązania sytuacji czy rekompensaty. Zdecydowanie nie polecam

The only place open in the airport. They only had ham and cheese sandwiches to eat, cold. When I asked to warm up they offered the microwave. The bread wasn't fresh. Terrible place!
