Tragedia, jedno z gorszych lotnisko na jakich byłem. Praktycznie zerowa oferta gastronomiczna. Ceny z kosmosu, w porównaniu z innymi europejskimi lotniskami wszystko jest tu 2 razy droższe. Po odprawie czekaliśmy 20 minut w rękawie, zanim wpuszczono nas na płytę lotniska... Gdyby obsługa nie była miła dałbym 1

The airport needs more chairs both in and out of security.
Also, service needs more systematic approach such as showing expected times for delays and check in counter openings. Everything was "undecided", in contrast to world class airports that give out estimated time for everything.

I had four purple toes, with one broken, so I booked priority boarding and got up when they announced for people who need extra time to board. Mihel, who appeared to be airport staff rather than Transavia specifically, scoffed at me when I asked where the boarding was for those with disabilities (which I have separately from my foot).
I told him that I had a broken toe and he shrugged and told me to get in the back of a massive queue.
No priority boarding, despite the airline having you PAY for that. No respect for EU disability laws. It was like a herd of animals trying to surge forward and board, with zero order to it at all. When I asked for Mihel's name, he refused to give it and was not wearing his airport ID visibly (also an issue). I managed to catch sight of his first name, to share it here. As the airline and airport need to know who was responsible for the upcoming disability complaint with the EU.
If he is representative of the staff of Dubrovnik airport, I would not recommend using this airport, especially if you have any sort of disability. It's the worst treatment of disabled people that I've experienced in the WORLD, and I've traveled to ~50 countries.

To be fair to the airport, security was lightning fast and fair. It was otherwise a great experience, but the chaotic boarding, lack of care for injury/disability and Mihel took it from a 5* experience to a 0*

Küçük havalimanı ve personeller işinde yetkin değil. Online check-in yapılmayan çok kötü bir sistemleri var. Thy elite üyesi olarak biletleme veznesine geçtiğimiz halde bu uygulamayı sisteminde görmüyor ve bundan hiç haberi bile yok. Uyarıyorsunuz daha anlamadan valizleri verirken öncelik etiketi yapıştırmadan gönderiyor. 2. Valizde uyarıda bulunduk anca anladı! Online check-in olmadığı için veznede biletlemede eşimle beni ayrı koltuklara atmış. Business veznesinde bu yapılıyorsa havalimanının vay haline…
Bileti aldık Pasaporttan geçeceğiz bu seferde çıkış damgası vuracak polis yok :)) infodesk gidip söyledik anca birileri geldi. Pasaport onaylamadan ne uçuş salonuna ne de lounge alanına geçemiyorsunuz. Bir de bu olaylar uçuşa 2 saatten az bir zaman kala yaşanıyor. Hatta şu an thy uçak gecikmesi yazıyor ama ne kadar süre gecikme olacağına dair hiçbir yerden bilgiye ulaşamıyorsunuz. Ekranlarda, sitelerde yazmıyor tam bir muamma…
Onlarca ülke gezdik böyle saçmalıklar silsilesini burada görüyorum. Bu kadar turist ağırlayan bir şehrin havalimanının böyle olması utanç verici!
