Quite basic with no hot food. No internal toilets or showers. However, decent choice of alcohol and a pretty good view.

First time visiting this business lounge and even though it's one of the smaller ones, it's still good for what it's worth. It was a tad hard to find at the beginning after security, but it's on the very top floor by itself in the Schengen area. The lady working the front was very kind and polite. The bathrooms are right past the entrance to the left. There's ample seating with comfortable chairs, with a nice view of the mountains and airport. There is ample drinks to have, some food choices, but nothing over the top. It's relative to the lounge size. I left feeling rested and satisfied, and it wasn't too busy either. It's worth going to if you want to relax before flying out.

Priority pass is accepted here and yet they do not allow people in even when the lounge is not at capacity. We were denied entrance to a nearly empty lounge. This is terrible ethical and illegal behavior, as priority pass and these lounges have deals in place where they gain substantial money to allow priority pass users inside the lounge. Terrible business decision, would never expect this as a premium traveler.

Don’t advertise this lounge as part of Priority Pass fleet if the management turns down all priority pass members despite the lounge being absolutely empty with an attitude to follow. There was a printer piece of paper glued to the desk saying “they’re at capacity”. Always at capacity? Yeah, right.

When we were here, the other "Atlantic" lounge was closed so there was a lot of demand. It's a comfortable space light and airy. Basic food and snacks (some hot) together with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. No showers and no toilets in the lounge so it's a short walk to the toilets in the common area, which obviously isn't an issue. The biggest downside is there are only a couple of plugs to charge.

Priority Pass is accepted here, but they clearly don’t want to take it. I arrived on a Friday morning around 8:30am—place was completely empty. Still, the first thing the staff asked was, “Are you flying business?” Uh, what? I handed over my Priority Pass and said, “I have access.” Just take the pass—no need for the weird screening. The lounge itself is fine, but the attitude around Priority Pass needs work. Don’t gatekeep—just check the pass and let people in weirdo

If I could give them a zero I would. From the moment we stepped in we were greeted with a lady who was annoyed by our presence. Priority pass holders were turned away even though the lounge was less than 50 percent full. More professionalism and clear communication would go a long way.

Not accepting most of the travellers (priority class, AMEX, etc.) besides business passengers. There seem to be many similar review already. The receptionist recommends us to file a complain about it, so we leave the message here. Hope it will be improved further in the future.

Not the best lounge, I wouldn’t pay for it. But simple food and snacks, beers and cocktail bar. The people who said they don’t accept Priority Pass. Yes, there is a sign that says they don’t accept at certain but they probably didn’t go in and ask. I got in easy. Just ask!!

There are two lounges available one for Schengen (where i was) and one for non-Schengen passengers. Priority Pass and DragonPass are accepted, but access is subject to availability. During peak season, entry may be restricted, so you’re more likely to get in during the off-season. The selection of drinks and snacks is quite basic and feels low-cost, which doesn’t quite match the expectations for a premium lounge experience.

Worst airport ive veseted: no cafes before check in and u cant drop baggage to proceed further till 2,5 hours before the flight. If u arrive early u have to sit on the floor. Prehistoric infrastructure

A sala é péssima! Tudo começa com o atendimento. Mesmo com a sala VAZIA, se você comprou uma passagem aérea de uma companhia de baixo custo, como a Ryanair, eles não autorizam a sua entrada mesmo cumprindo o horário de entrada estabelecida no aplicativo da MasterCard. Chegamos com duas horas de antecedência ao voo e não autorizaram a entrada, mesmo com o aplicativo da MasterCard informado que é possível ficar até 4 horas na sala. Já acessei mais umas 100 salas em todo o mundo. Essa é a primeira vez que acontece esse tipo de situação. Ser proibido de entrar pela passagem aérea que comprei.

Diese „Business-Lounge“ läßt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es war schmuddelig, an nicht besetzten Sitzgruppen wurden Gläser und Geschirr nicht abgeräumt. Die Tische waren dreckig. Das Essen bestand nur aus verpackten Sandwiches und merkwürdigen Snacks. Der Kaffee war ungenießbar… Absolut nicht zu vergleichen mit den Lufthansa-Lounges . Enttäuschend…

We were allowed in with Priority Pass, Saturday morning. We were in the Schengen area of the airport. The lounge is nothing special, but quite ok.
