Struttura carina posizione decente e ben servita con mezzi pubblici o taxi, camere pulite, servizio piscina zero assoluto senza controlli, lettini e ombrelloni self-service come se stessi in spiaggia libera, pur avendo una accesso alla spiaggia nessun lido convenzionato, per i bambini ci sono tantissimi giochi ed intrattenimenti vari... Per quanto riguarda il cibo veramente deludente colazione solo cornetti vuoti o alla marmellata per il resto tutto salato e sempre le solite cose mentre per la cena o il pranzo soliti piatti pasta riscaldata, pochissima scelta per i bimbi e ciliegina sulla torta se vuoi l'acqua è a pagamento oltre alle altre bevande..!!!la bellezza di 5.10€ a bottiglia per solo 0.75 ml! Credo di non tornarci mai più pessima esperienza purtroppo!

Bonjour, il est écrit par le propriétaire en réponse aux avis que les avis sont bien pris en compte. Cependant, je suis venu dans cet hôtel il y’a 7/8 ans et il y’avait déjà ce problème de boissons (y compris l’eau) non incluses dans l’offre de demi pension. A ce propos, nous nous servions les boissons nous même et refusions strictement de payer pour de l’eau. Par conséquent, les réponses sont absolument mensongères et les avis ne sont pas pris en compte. La vérité est que l’eau est payante afin de faire un maximum de profit. Cela est réellement déplorable et je ne recommanderais donc absolument pas cet hôtel, incapable d’évoluer avec le temps malgré les nombreux retours client.

J'ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel et j'ai adoré mon séjour. Le buffet était absolument incroyable. La qualité des plats était exceptionnelle, et en particulier les poissons et fruits de mer, qui étaient vraiment délicieux. Les moules étaient parfaitement cuisinées, et le poisson grillé était frais, savoureux et bien assaisonné. Le buffet offrait une belle variété, avec des légumes frais, des salades bien préparées, et des accompagnements comme des pommes de terre rôties et des pâtes. L'ambiance de l’hôtel était agréable et décontractée, et le service était très attentionné. Le cadre était également agréable, avec une belle présentation des plats. La chambre était vraiment top avec une super belle vue.

Ein außerordentlicher Urlaub im Sunny Dubrovnik liegt hinter uns. Noch immer sind wir über das freundliche und professionelle Personal positiv überrascht. In 6 Tagen ist uns kein einziger Mitarbeiter (m&w) negativ aufgefallen. Alle hatten immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Beim Frühstück und Abendessen ist für jeden, auch für "picky" Kids etwas dabei. Der Strand liegt unmittelbar unter dem Poolbereich und ist sehr ruhig und das Meer hat eine kinderfreundliche Tiefe. Im Hotel gibt es eine tolle Lounge, welche si schön eingerichtet ist, dass man sich wie im eigenen Wohnzimmer fühlt. Hinzu kommt dass sie über eine Terrasse mit Meerblick verfügt. Einziger "Kritikpunkt" sind die hohen Getränkepreise beim Pool (und am Strand unten). Ebenso könnte zumindest der Getränkeautomat beim Abendessen zur Verfügung stehen. Abgesehen davon kann ich nichts bemängeln. Wir haben diese Woche wirklich genossen und werden auch in Zukunft bestimmt Valamar wählen. Der Maroclub für die Kinder ist ein zusätzliches Plus. Die Kinder waren nach dem Abendessen immer gut beschäftigt.

The service was amazing they were extremely helpful and welcoming||We stayed in the family room with a balcony and the room was great, spacious for family of 4 with modern facilities.||The buffet had a great range of options and was well maintained ||The kids absolutely loved the pool and it was great to be able to walk the area and the beach!||Highly recommend

Из минусов- здание отеля не новое и это первым бросается в глаза, в номерах ремонт легкая косметика. Не совсем был понятен принцип замены полотенец, мы рано уходили на море, а по приходу часть полотенец была заменена, а остальные использованные оставались на месте. Отсутствие бесплатной питьевой воды на ужин, это довольно некомфортный момент, учитывая стоимость воды на баре. В остальном все отлично, обслуживание хорошее, персонала много, все на своих местах и очень внимательны, хорошо разговаривают на английском. Для детей настоящий рай, очень много разнообразных развлечений. Кухня очень вкусная, еда разнообразная и всегда свежая.

This is a lovely family friendly hotel, the staff were all very kind and accommodating. There are two pools outside, a children's and adults pool with plenty of sun loungers and a bar off to the side too (there is also a bar inside by the lobby where you can sit inside or outside and there are some gaming tables). There is a souvenir shop inside where you can buy bus tickets and the bus stop is in a convenient place so you can easily get to and from the Old Town. On one of the days we also got a bus to one of the Ports. During our stay they also put fridges in all of the rooms (I remembered a review pointing out fridges were not in the room so rest assured there are now). I will say our room only had a shower, not a bath AND shower as advertised, this was fine for us but just keep in mind in case you have babies as you may want to make sure your room has a bath! A safe and hairdryer are provided in your room but there is no iron or steamer for clothes. Also the TV is not a smart TV so you cannot get things like Netflix/Disney+ etc on there - so just keep that in mind too! Wasn't really an issue for us as we didn't really watch the TV anyway. Staff are all lovely, we had Breakfast + Dinner provided as part of our stay, food was nice, hot, had a different selection every day and there are options for people or children that have limited food options. At breakfast you can get juice/hot drinks/water but at dinner you must pay for these at the small bar located inside by the food. Also Maro World is a short walk away and by Maro World are also restaurants and shops that you can go to. Overall a great experience at this hotel and we would definitely come here again. Views were lovely and it's a very convenient spot. Thank you Sunny! ☀️

Bra service, snäll personal och okej god mat för halv pension, fin utsikt och trevligt med pool och nära tillgång till havet! Däremot tyckte det var konstigt att man behövde betala för dricka utöver det vanliga såsom vatten osv på middagen och det borde ingå som på frukosten vilket var konstigt. Sen så snodde städpersonalen min iphone original laddare på hotellrummet då jag vet att det var på endast två platser i hotellrummet och tog aldrig med den ut från hotellrummet!! Vi kollade jättenoga i rummet och den har blivit tagen för ingen annan var där under de två dagar i hotellrummet förutom jag och min sambo som hade rummet. Vi kontaktade receptionen och de pratade med städpersonalen och de hade inte sett den så var tvungen att köpa en annan laddare för det var ändå två dagar minst kvar innan vi skulle flyga hem vilket är tråkigt. Jag förstår att man låser in värdesaker men just en laddare trodde jag kunde vara framme utan problem. Super tråkigt!!

Dobra hrana, prijazno osebje. Dobro izhodišče za ogled Dubrovnika, saj avtobus do mesta vozi vsakih 10min. Škoda da zvečer ni kakšne zabave.

We had a lovely stay at this family-friendly hotel in Dubrovnik. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was calm and comfortable. Our room was clean and spacious, perfect for a family. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety for both kids and adults. The location is great, peaceful at night. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay!

Although it’s a family hotel, it was perfect for us as a couple. Peaceful, clean, and very welcoming. The staff were kind an, the breakfast was excellent and helpful. The location—though a bit outside the Old Town—is very well connected by a frequent and reliable bus line. Would definitely come back!

Wij waren hier 4 nachten. De deur van de douche was kapot waardoor na het douchen heel de badkamervloer nat was en daardoor ook erg glad, pas op met kinderen dus. Bij terugkomst op de kamer waren al onze spullen verplaatst naar de kant van het raam waardoor de toegang naar het balkon ontoegankelijk werd. Ze hadden zomaar een extra bed op onze kamer gezet waardoor we geen plek meer hadden en ook liepen er mieren op onze kamer. Wij moesten voor 1 nacht extra €300 betalen en de nacht was al bijna voorbij en daarna werden we vroeg wakker gemaakt Had graag een leukere ervaring gehad maar helaas. Je hebt voor alles een uber nodig.

It is a shame to be wasting too much food.||- Despite the swimming area being nice, it is very disorganised. People go very early and leave their towels on the chairs and just leave the place, so when other people are looking for chairs, everything seems to be "taken". The hotel should have someone inspecting this kind of behaviour and not let people to take chair and not using them.||- Kids club is really good, I didn't see any cons on that, staff there are very nice.||- bar is very limited and staffs are not so effective, sometimes we can stay over 10 min in the queue just to buy a beer.

Great stay with friendly people. Good was delicious and vows across the sea were breathtaking. Food was delicious and the hotel and grounds were immaculate. The Maro club for kids was amazing and a great place to let children have done freedom and respite from the sun

We stayed at Sunny Dubrovnik back in May - 2 Adults 1 child.||Although we had looked at the usual destinations for a family holiday. My wife discovered Sunny, as neither of us had been to Croatia before, but we still wanted to stay somewhere family orientated.||The hotel is situated just out from the centre. Pretty much on its own outcrop of land, along with 3 other Valamar hotels. This makes the area quite quiet, with only hotels guests using the area. ||Room - The room was lovely, modern and clean. I paid for a upgrade to a sea view, which was well worth the money. Negatives would be that given Sunny is a family orientated hotel, you would think there would be fridges in the rooms (for water/milk etc), but there isn't. As mentioned, I paid for an upgrade, but even with that, there was very little storage. There is shelving, but not enough for 3 people worth of clothes for a week, and nowhere to store your suitcases.||Food - Food was lovely, with plenty of choice. We never used the 'brunch' service, but we both thought it was a very good idea, especially for families.||Facilities - Lots of facilities on site, with special mention to Maro World. This kids activity centre is absolutely amazing. I have never seen or experienced a facility for kids like this before. So much for kids to do in one place.|Pool area was lovely and clean, though note that the pool is not heated.||Staff - Unfortunately I felt that most (not all) of the staff were not approachable. Bar 2 ladies at reception, and one lady in the dining area, the rest of the staff looked thoroughly miserable. Especially in the dining area. I feel that they are either over worked, or suffer from a very strict management style. There was an older gentlemen in the dining area, who seemed to be extremely strict with staff, and you could see that most were on edge when he was in the area.||Overall - The stay was enjoyable, and our son had a great time, which is the main thing. Sunny is definitely great value for money, but if we were to return, it would likely be to one of the other valamar hotels.

Es un hotel que cumple con los mínimos: habitaciones limpias y buen servicio, pero todo es bastante antiguo. La comida es poco atractiva, apenas hay platos típicos de Croacia. Está bastante apartado de la ciudad y el acceso hasta el transporte público es matador. Precios muy altos por el servicio que ofrecen.
