Ivan packaged up our bikes for us after we finished a part of the Transdinarica and needed to fly back to Amsterdam. Such a great service, it meant we could relax for a day on the beach instead of running around trying to find boxes and breaking the bones down. He also dropped us at the airport which saved having to find a taxi van big enough to take the boxes. Plus the bikes were packed 100x more safely than we would have done it! Can’t recommend this service enough, I wish it existed everywhere

I arrived safely back home and the bike box also. On collect, the box had a few tears, due to shipping. Unboxing the bike, it was perfect. I just want to thank you for the professional boxing service, and the excellent collect service by Marko. I am really pleased, and thankful for your wonderful service.

Just wanted to leave a review and say my thanks. I had a bus to board just down the road that required a printed ticket. I had no way of printing my ticket so walked down the road and thought I’d try my luck at this store. Store owner did it without any hesitation. Not only this, but he refused to take any sort of payment. Life saver 🙏

Wir sind Ivan sehr dankbar, hat er auch unsere Reise gerettet!! - wir sind mit unserem E-Tandem auf einer dreimonatigen Europarat Reise unterwegs, als plötzlich die Technik versagte. I can't say enough about this place. We showed up with two bikes, panniers, etc., and Ivan had both bikes boxed & ready to ship THE SAME DAY, and he even drove us to the airport! After 2 separate flights we arrived home and unpacked everything to find both bikes safe and sound. Ivan, we can't thank you enough!

Ivan came to our rescue when my crank came off just as my wife and I were getting into a nice Trans Dinarica bike ride. He dropped everything for us, worked late to complete all his other orders, and even dropped off our paneers at the apartment we were staying at. Friendly, open, real, and does quality work.
