The room has random hairs and the person checking us in was not good at customer service. The hotel is out of the center in an inconvenient location. I would not stay here again. Especially in times of corona the rooms should feel extra clean.

The hotel is in the suburb, with a lot of facilities, parking is 15€/night. The deluxe room is spacious. We arrived in the evening, and there was only one receptionist, for the whole big hotel. He had to open the gate, check in the guests, show the rooms, help with the elevator, etc. Above all we got a used room, so he was more than busy.

Die Einzelbetten kann man quasi in die Tonne werfen, diese sind für einen 1,78cm großen Mann viel zu klein. Auch das Personal am Front Desk war sehr unfreundlich, hat kaum mit jemanden gesprochen. Alles in einem nicht zu empfehlen. Die dazugehörige Bar ist preislich eine richtige Abzocke. Bier 5,50€ und 0,3l Jägermeister 52€.

Schöne große gut ausgestattete Zimmer mit Badewanne, Kühlschrank (nicht minimal) und Klimaanlage etc. Nettes Personal welches gut englisch spricht. Das Frühstück in Corona Zeiten war jedoch etwas langsam da man bestellen musste und es dauerte ca. 10 Minuten bis man zum Beispiel Käse bekam

Hotel moderno, agradável e confortável. Quarto amplo com decoração bacana e ótimo banheiro. Café da manhã farto e excelente. Funcionários gentis e eficientes. Único senão é a localização. Longe do centro e situado numa zona residencial que quase não tem comercio e restaurantes.
