Hotel room, parking and other facilities are awesome, however, what bothered me is that I reserved breakfast to-go and I didn’t receive it, yet I have reminded and asked receptionists if it’s going to be prepared. First visit to the hotel, I don’t think I’m going to repeat it though.

Very comfortable rooms, large and spotless bathrooms, delicious breakfast even with current covid conditions... Tasty coffee from a machine for breakfast, something not very common in hotels. But they charged me 6 EUR more than my reservation was. I noticed it too late. Small difference, but still it's not very professional... EDIT: Thanks for the reply, you're right, I haven't noticed this on the booking confirmation. Adding the star. ;)

Odličan hotel na izuzetno lepoj lokaciji, sav sadržaj dostupan, osoblje izuzetno predusretljivo i ljubazno, puno mesta oko recepcije gde se možete prijatno osećati popiti piće ili kafu po vrlo pristupačnim cenama, sobe su veoma komotne i čiste kupatila takođe, doručak na visokom nivou zodovoljava svačiji ukus, hotel ima i svoj taxi tako da su usvakom momentu na usluzi, veoma ljubazni.

Rooms are superb, you can feel like at home, service is perfect, food is delicous. I changed 4 hotels in last 8 days in Balkans and this is the best one. I will personally recommend this hotel to everybody who is coming to Ljubljana. All the best to owners! See you again soon!
