My partner and I have frequented many Michelin star restaurants, and unfortunately this one falls short. Classic cocktails options, specifically a Negroni and French 75, left us with more to be desired promoting us to send our drinks back. Unfortunately, we ended our 6 course tasting menu after the second course as the dishes were flat and poorly executed. Despite the food being subpar, the view is was fantastic, service was impeccable, and management was understanding. 1/5 for food and 5/5 for service. With that being said, I cannot recommend this restaurant and would strongly advise against it.

This restaurant and their executive chef canceled our reservation because they were unable to accommodate my husband’s peanut (sprouts, peas and walnuts) allergy. We have dined at Michelin 3 star, 2 star and other 1 stars like this restaurant and have never had a chef not accommodate us. It is the example of the chef and very un-Michelin like to do so. The best restaurants in the world accommodate medically necessary adjustments. It is a poor reflection on this restaurant and their service approach. We would not recommend.

Excellent service, not too pretentious and all the servers were welcoming and genuine. I was even welcomed to take a photo with the world renowned chef! Definitely recommend if you can afford to. We loved our experience and the food.

This was our best dinner in Dubrovnik. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Everything from the bread to the desserts were amazing. The amuse-bouche were inventive and some of the best bites of the night. The passionfruit and pineapple dessert was one of the best ive had. The view of the harbor is also quite stunning.

We came here for my wife’s birthday meal and it did not disappoint. It’s definitely on the pricier side which is expected for a Michelin star restaurant but let me tell you, it was worth it. From the moment we arrived, we were greated by all staff, including the chefs, hosts and waiters. The setting is magical, with harbour views, perfect for a dinner sunset lookout. The venue then turns on ambient orange lighting which reflects off all the nicely laid brick walls which are an authentic part of the city walls. Now the food and drink, you get a choice of a la carte (where you need to choose from a selection of starter main desserts) or a tasting menu where things are set out. Fine dining at its finest, with each course carefully explained by the waiter and you can tell they take pride in their food. The accompanied milky bread and butters were big plus’. Thank you for making this a special experience for us, cannot wait to visit again, highly recommend!

What a truly wonderful experience we had at Restaurant 360. The atmosphere was absolutely perfect. We had an early seating at 7 PM, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy the panoramic views as daylight faded into sunset. It was a breathtaking backdrop that added so much to the evening. The service was just as impressive. The staff were not only incredibly kind, but also deeply knowledgeable, enhancing our experience with thoughtful recommendations and genuine hospitality. As for the food…it was divine from start to finish. Each course was a work of art, both in presentation and flavor. The balance of textures and the creative combinations left us fully satisfied. While the menu isn’t strictly traditional Croatian, there are clear influences woven throughout the dishes, which adds a unique and elegant twist to the overall culinary experience. This was our first stop for dinner on our honeymoon and it was exceptional. The atmosphere of the restaurant is unlike any other dining experience you will have. The service staff was top notch. Even though we did not do the tasting menu - our entire meal was set up in the style of one! Their menu has some of the freshest fish we have ever had - very clear as to why this place has 1 Michelin star. Thank you for one of the best dining experiences!

We had the most wonderful experience at 360. The food and service were both exceptional, and the views from the dining terrace were a lovely setting. There is a great cocktail and wine selection here, highly recommend the Paloma and any of their Croatian red wines. The steak was fantastic too, as were the desserts. Would absolutely come back here again.

Deserving of all its accolades. We were fortunate to get a stand-by reservation for two in late June. To 360’s credit, when we showed up with our little boy in tow, the hostess did not bat an eye and took us to a table for three. Our son was provided his own Kid’s menu and selected chicken and fries. We were not hungry enough to justify the tasting menu and chose the “S” and “M” selections. “S” meant that I was able to choose a dessert, while my wife chose two starters with the “M” menu. Everything we ate was fantastic! And the service was impeccable. The staff truly seemed to enjoy working at the restaurant.

360 is by far and away the best restaurant we had the pleasure to try in Dubrovnik. Dining on a rampart with a beautiful view over the Adriatic sea might sound like the main selling point of this place, but the food matched up to its location. We picked the Republika menu for a "modern take on heritage dishes from Dubrovnik Renaissance". While the amuse-bouches weren't particularly memorable, the rest of the courses were simply delicious. The dishes may not appear to be particularly creative, but a few elements of the menu blew us away (notably the mussel and red shrimp cappuccino). 360 is a must-visit in Dubrovnik (especially since almost all restaurants in Old Town are touristy and mediocre despite their high prices).

Loved our experience at 360! The food was absolutely amazing! We loved everything that we had. We got the medium a la carte menu, and that was so much food. They also bring out an amuse bouche before hand for you which was a surprise. Since we were celebrating our anniversary they also gave us a special dessert surprise. The service we received was top notch and such a great ambience. Special shout out and thank you to our main food waiter Lokí and our sommelier Gloria. They held make the experience great!
