Uwaga na tą wypożyczalnie. Nigdy więcej nie skorzystamy- niestety ale firma oszukuje klientów. Po zrobieniu rezerwacji online , na miejscu okazało się, że do dopłaty jest sporo ukrytych kosztów - narzucają wykup ubezpieczenia premium i inne dodatkowe opłaty. Bardzo niemiła obsługa, czuliśmy się dziwnie. Nigdy nie skorzystam ponownie i nie polecam. Scam!

Jedna gwiazdka to i tak za dużo. Firma jest bardzo niewiarygodna i niestety ale naciąga klientów na dodatkowe opłaty. Samochód zarezerwowany online na kwotę 59 euro, a na miejscu. Okazało się, że konieczne jest wykupienie. Premium ubezpieczenia i inne dodatkowe opłaty. Musieliśmy dopłacić 150. Euro- całość wynajmu za dwa dni wyniosła 190 euro zamiast 59 euro jak otrzymaliśmy w potwierdzeniu online. Pracownicy bardzo nieuprzejmi, nastawieni na naciąganie klientów. Nie polecam nikomu. Nigdy więcej nie skorzystam. Czujemy się oszukani.

Tragiczna wypożyczalnia. Omijać z daleka- naciągacze. Zakłamana firma. Na stronie podaje inne ceny, przy odbiorze do dopłaty 150 euro dodatkowo za premium ubezpieczenie. Bardzo niemiła obsługa nastawiona na wyłudzanie pieniędzy od klientów. Cwaniactwo I prostactwo.

Arrived yesterday in Dubrovnik and realised that my rental booking wasn’t till the following day. Tomislav & Ana Maria quickly sorted things out that I could start the booking a day earlier at no extra charge. Really grateful to them fixing an emergency that was totally my fault. Top Service, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin. Neues Auto und günstigster Anbieter. Die Gebühr für Fahrten ins Ausland und für zusätzliche Fahrer zahlt man vor Ort (für eine Woche etwa 100€). Wir haben über Check24 gebucht und versichert.

Great experience! Cancelled our booking with Avis after terrible reviews, and chose Nova instead. Really glad we did. Friendly and helpful staff, they even upgraded our car free of charge when they saw that we were a family of 4 with 3 suitcases. No pressure to buy extra insurances (as we were already covered through our credit card). Everything went smooth. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience renting with NOVA. The staff were very friendly especially Suzannah who dealt with our booking and everything went smoothly. The car was great and the options for excesses/extras clearly explained. We would definitely use NOVA again.

5 star experience! So happy with their service level and the condition of the vehicle! Location wised it was really convenience, right next to the airport terminal. The lady at the counter was very cheerful and helpful, and the process was smooth. Just spent less then 15 minutes, signed a few documents electronically, then she went out to bring the car to us. We were supposed to have a manual but finally Nova upgraded us to an automatic with no additional charges, and the car was brand new! Throughout the process we haven't been asked to buy any additional insurance packages. Will choose Nova again for our next trip.
