Our car required an urgent repair at a Citroën garage in Nova Gorica after driving from Luxembourg. The repair and associated car rental was arranged by our breakdown insurance company. Within minutes of leaving our car with Citroen Aliaž delivered his rental car to the garage and we were able to continue our holiday almost seamlessly. I cannot praise Aliaž more highly. He was extremely friendly, polite and efficient . Excellent service. Many thanks.

Aljaž is very profesional, kind with s lot of patiance. We Had a flat tire in slovania 90 kilometer from the border of italy. He towed us to Trieste airport.helped us a lot!! Wonderful person. Highly , highly recomended. 10 stars!!!!

Že dvakrat v roku 14 dni me je pustil avto na cedilu. V obeh primerih je bilo potrebno odpeljati nevozen avtomobil. Zaposleni pri podjetju Ortis so poleg nujnega opravil še veliko več in mi bili v teh zame težkih časih v veliko pomoč. Hvala!

Dieser abschleppservice war sehr hilfsbereit und hat alle Probleme für uns gelöst. Ich kann diesen Abschleppdienst wirklich jedem empfehlen. Uns wurde direkt geholfen und das auf eine sehr sehr freundliche und faire Art und Weise. Am Ende bekamen wir sogar sehr unbürokratisch einen Leihwagen und konnten so unseren familienurlaub im herrlichen Termin genießen. Alle unsere Probleme wurden wirklich zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst.

With a flat tire in the mountains I called Ortis and reached Ortar on the Phone. What a happy Day after this tire Desaster. Ortar towed our car to Tolmin and found on friday afternoon a Workshop, who changed tires on saturday morning. Who picked me up at our overnight stay and brought me to the Workshop on satarday morning? It was Ortar, best man I can recommend in this region to help and Support you.

What can I say? A flat tyre on the first day of the holiday which is also on a saturday? Two hours later after it happened the car was already on the trailer, and Aljaz somehow achieved that the mechanic to fix the tyre on sunday morning, so 24 hours later I was able to drive again, instead of waiting till monday. Thanks again! Hopefully no one will need their help, bit if will then I 100% recommend them!

After we got stranded near the Italian border Damijan from Ortis towed us to Tolmin to the Volkswagen dealer/garage. While saying his goodbyes he told us to contact him if we needed any further assistance. When our insurer got my family flight tickets to return home, we were unable to find a taxi service or rental car at short notice to get my family to Ljubljana Airport. So I decided to text Damijan. He went beyond the call of duty to get my family safely to Ljubljana Airport and on time. Thank you so much Damijan.

During our holiday in Slovenia we stranded on a Friday late afternoon along the road with a flat tyre. Trough our insurance we were contacted by Ortis in Tolmin. They were very friendly and professional in the communication. They arranged a replacement car and searched for a new tyre. On Monday morning we could pick up our car again at the tyres center in Tolmin. Thanks to the assistance of Ortis, we had a great weekend in Kobarid.
