Authentic Vis Island Wine Experience
Our family winery has been a cherished part of Vis Island heritage since 1921, when our great-great-grandfather Josip Pečarević returned from Argentina, bringing with him a passion for viticulture. Today, we proudly continue this tradition, producing exquisite wines in our ancestral home located in the heart of Vis.
We welcome guests to include a visit to our family winery in their tour itinerary. These personalized experiences provide insight into our winemaking process, along with tastings of our handcrafted wines and extra virgin olive oil, all while enjoying the intimate setting of our winery which accommodates up to 20 guests at a time.
Our vineyards span over two hectares and cultivate varieties of white grapes, including Kuc, Kurteloška, and Bogdanuša, along with the only red variety, Plavac Mali. Besides winemaking, we also take pride in our olive oil production from a grove with 390 trees featuring varieties such as Oblica, Levantinka, and Leccino.
During the wine tasting, which lasts between 45 and 60 minutes, guests can savor all our listed wines alongside our exceptional olive oil. Individualized sessions ensure privacy and a personal touch for each visitor, making it a memorable addition to your exploration of Vis Island.
Whether you are a part of one of our tours or wish to visit the winery independently, we invite you to schedule your visit through a reservation. As a family-owned business with over 25 years in tourism, we are committed to sharing our legacy of viticulture with visitors from around the world.
Our winery is located in the quaint old town center of Vis, at Kranjčevićeva Street No. 4, Vis.
We look forward to welcoming you to our family winery, where history and exceptional wines come together to create an unforgettable experience.
