The Vlašić family manages a beautiful vineyard with around 800 vines and several olive groves. Our operations reflect a deep respect for the land, developing wines and olive oils that celebrate the local terroir. As your host, Ivica Vlašić, shares stories of his family's farming tradition, you will gain a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship behind each sip.

What a lovely experience we had!! Our hosts Ivica and Dominica were so kind and welcoming, they spoke to us about the history of their ancestry vineyard and all the different trees that they have there and the processes in which they make the wonderful products. Super friendly and inviting. We first tried some interesting but delicious liquors. The olive oil and home made bread were incredible, followed by two delicious wines, one white and one rose. I would fully recommend this to any body interested in Croatian wine and home made products, just a wonderful experience from start to finish in the most beautiful location.

Super leuke en gezellige wijnproeverij gehad. Makkelijk (en snel contact) via whatsapp. De wijnen waren top; 2 soorten wijn maar zowat “zoveel als je wil”, zelfgebakken brood en er werd rekening gehouden met mijn vriend die glutenintolerantie heeft (welliswaar brood van de supermarkt, maar dat maakte ervaring niet minder). Hun eigen olie was ook heerlijk! Naderhand kun je verschillende producten van hun kopen (die je lekker vindt) die je ook nergens anders kan krijgen. Verder is de dynamiek tussen Dominika en Ivica echt heel leuk. Leuke eigenaren en koppel, heel gastvrij en meedenkend. Zeker een aanrader als je in Dubrovnik bent.

The most amazing experience in the vineyard hills high about the Old Town! We booked this on a whim to celebrate our anniversary and we are sooooo happy we did. Ivica and his wife, Dominica, were the most gracious hosts-everything was so perfect! They harvest grapes, 3 different kinds of olives and almonds on their beautiful farm. We learned so much and were welcomed as if we were family! The homemade bread, olive oil and WINE were so delicious 😋 The sunset wine tasting was such an amazing time and one that we will remember for many years to come!!!! Do NOT miss this tour during your time in Dubrovnik!

Unmissable! What a fabulous morning we have just had with Ivica at his family’s historic olive grove and vineyard. Such a special place, so peaceful and a very interesting tour and stories of the land from Ivica. Oh, and the olive oil, homemade bread, sugared almonds, cookies and wine were absolutely delicious. The best thing we did whilst staying in Cavtat without a doubt! Ivica was an amazing host who brought us through his family’s vineyard and explained the history of the farm and surrounding hills with great passion. We had a lovely sit down looking over the Adriatic and enjoyed homemade bread with olive oil, sugared almonds and generous amounts of Vardi wine!!! At the end Ivica kindly took photos of us overlooking the sunset. Highly recommend doing this if you are in the area. 11/10

Absolutely incredible experience. Incredibly informative tour by Ivica and I cannot recommend it enough. We sampled wine, sugared almonds, lemon liqueur, Adriatic salt, olive oil and bread - much more than we expected and everything fantastic! We all felt very at ease and comfortable, Ivica offered to take photos for us and to top it all off the view and sunset was absolutely breathtaking. I completely recommend going for this whilst you're in Dubrovnik!

Ivica es un hombre muy agradable, culto y tiene mucha pasión hacia lo que hace. La visita consiste en conocer los viñedos y los olivos de la finca familiar, a unos 10 min en coche del centro viejo de Dubrovnik, en pleno valle. Te explicará la historia de la finca, las variedades de las aceitunas y uvas cultivadas, su cuidado, poda, recolección y su tratamiento hasta conseguir el alimento final. Personalmente es el aceite de oliva virgen extra mas sabroso que he probado ( el entorno y las vistas influyen😅). Hay la posibilidad de comprar una botellita de 100ml. El vino blanco también me gustó mucho. Teniendo en cuanta los traslados+ la calidad de los alimentos y todo lo que se aprende es un precio muy aceptable. Recomiendo el tour del atardecer,es un privilegio 🌅 Visitado 03/2025.

My mother and I had an absolutely amazing time at Vardia. The farm is gorgeous and the experience is very unique, the wines and oil are delicious and cannot be purchased outside the farm. Ivica was very kind, warm, welcoming, and so knowledgeable!
