V srcu Vipavske doline vas vabi Hiša Vin Rondič, kjer se tradicija vinogradništva in vinarstva združuje z modernimi pristopi. Naša hiša, ki stoji na Slapu v prelepi okolici, je več kot 250 let stara in ponuja edinstveno vinsko izkušnjo, ki jo boste zagotovo zapomnili.
Naša zgodba
Slovimo po več kot štirih generacijah, ki jih povezuje strast do vina. Obnovili smo tradicionalno hišo, v kateri se skriva velika moderna klet. Ta nam omogoča, da z ljubeznijo delimo edinstvene okuse naših vin, ki jih gojimo na 11 hektarjih vinogradov, razprostrtih po lapornatih terasah Vipavskih gričev.
Tradicionalne vrednote in inovacije
Naša tradicija je opremljena s pomembnim zgodovinskim bogastvom, vključno z edinstveno knjigo Matije Vertovca iz leta 1844. V tej knjigi, znani kot Vinoreja, je zapisalo posvetilo, ki poudarja našo zavezanost kakovosti in znanju. Z veseljem vam predstavljamo repliko v Goriškem muzeju, medtem ko hranimo original doma, da ga lahko s ponosom pokažemo našim gostom.
Naša vina
V naši sodobni kleti, zgrajeni leta 2003, dominirajo bela vina, vključno z sortami Pinela, Rebula, Malvazija, Beli pinot, Sauvignon in Rumeni muškat. Posebno pozornost namenjamo tudi rdečim vinom, zlasti sortama Cabernet Sauvignon in Merlot. Naši gostje se lahko prepustite pokušini vin v obokanem delu kleti, ob unikatni leseni mizi, skupaj s domačim pršutom.

Hele leuke wine tasting! Het was een interessant verhaal, met genoeg nieuwe feitjes die wij nog niet wisten. En daarnaast heerlijke wijntjes in combinatie met een fantastische borrelplank. Een aanrader als je in de buurt bent!

We had a a very pleasant wine tasting at The Wine House Rondiç! Some delicious local wines combined with an interesting history class about the history of the family, village and Slovenian ways to produce the wine. Matej, member of the family and our guide on this ‘wine tasting trip’, was very polite, funny and gave us a warm welcome! I’ll recommend this for everyone who’s staying nearby or interested in local Slovenian wines!

Absolutely amazing wine tasting experience and cellar tour with Matej. A must stop! The village of Slap near Vipava is steeped in wineyard agriculture history and the Rondic family are wine making royalty! Matej and his family lay claim to being the oldest wine making family in the region and they have some pretty impressive artifacts and a wine cellar to back it up! The food prepared by his wife was also amazing!! 10 out of 10. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough. Also visited the nearby Petric wineyard earlier in the day and both tours fully complimented each other. Stayed close by in Majerija homestead which is a short walk away, making this 1 of the favourite days of our trip!

We chanced upon Rondič for a wine tasting on a Sunday afternoon - Matej and his wife showed up immediately even though we hadn't scheduled in advance. They treated us to a lovely set of wines and an incredible spread of food at very fair prices. Matej is extremely knowledgeable, affable and outgoing -- he could explain the science and paint a picture of Vipava's culture and history with equal skill; we learned a great deal about local wines, climate and lifestyle from our brief stay with him. Their farmhouse is beautiful, and the tasting room and cellar are comfortable and lovely to visit -- we really cannot recommend this place enough! An absolutely delightful stop if you are anywhere in the area.

Een ontzettend leuk en enthousiast gezin wat passievol verteld over hun wijnen en over de omgeving. Naast de wijnen ook een heerlijk assortiment aan kaas, vlees en fruit wat ze zelf produceren/oogsten en wat ze bij de wijnproeverij serveren. 5 jaar geleden zijn wij hier al eens geweest, nu weer en wederom een top middag gehad. Kortom: dikke aanrader!!
