Awesome experience at Bibich! We did the local wine tasting and learned a lot of interesting things about the wines and culture and all of the wines were excellent. The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Bibich Winery was one of the highlights of our trip—easily five stars. Just a short drive from Skradin, it’s a beautiful spot with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The wines were absolutely delicious, and the education we received during the tasting was exceptional—informative without being stuffy. The staff was warm, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel personal and fun. A must-stop if you’re exploring the region!

Extremely knowledgeable sommeliers who serve the wine, and delicious whites, red, and orange wine. Beautiful grounds and easy to drive to from Krka National Park. The shipping fees to the U.S. are reasonable and the prices of the tasting menu is affordable for the amount of wine you get. Lovely experience worth doing in Croatia!

The wine 🍷 is excellent, reflecting the breadth and depth of local varietals. The chef was superb, our tasting menu was both creative and a thoughtful reflection of the culture of the area. Each dish paired beautifully with the wine. Superb service by knowledgeable and hospitable sommelier. Best way to get to know the culture, cuisine, and wine of Croatia.

Tasty flight of tapas (hors d’ouvres). We tasted four wines. Their regular white was basic. But the yellower white and the two reds (Merlot and Debit) were very good.

This was a lovely stop on our way from Split to Zadar. Would highly recommend. Small winery with a relaxing and beautiful atmosphere. We had a wine tasting of around 9 wine, all which were very lovely. We accompanied out tasting with the local cheeses and olive tapenade which was phenomenal. We couldn't help but get a few deserts and would recommend to save room for them. I think the hazelnut tart was out favorite but the chocolate mousse was super decedent

Skriveni biser u šibenskom zaleđu. Nakon kupanja u Skradinu prijateljica predložila da svratimo ovdje na kušanje vina i desert, pošto je već bila tu, a i poslovni su partneri. O, kako je prijalo na vruči ljetni dan. Nisam navikao na ovakve prigode, moj gem je litra stolnoga vina i kilo pečenoga, ali kao i uvijek sam otvoren za nova iskustva. Dočekao nas je Bojan, sommelier koji očito zna svoj posao. Nije bilo puno pregovora, samo je krenio nosit. Prvo je bilo pjenušavo vino Babich brut. Nimalo slatkasto. Odlično pogođeno. Drugo je donio maraštinu, kad kažete bijelo vino... to bi trebala biti definicija. Treće je donio pošip. Ali nekakvu njihovu inačicu, odležanu na hrastovini... na prvu mi nije baš legla, al kako sam pio... uvidio sam šta su tili postič. Bazični pošip, koji je moje omiljeno vino, su obogatili novom paletom okusa. I za kraj Bas de bas. Tu neću nista reč, to treba probat. Od deserta smo uzeli panacotu, čokoladni musse i štrudel od jabuka. Sve je bilo savršeno i ne preslatko. Nakon toga nas je odveo u obilazak podruma, kupili par boca za kući. Definitivno ćemo se opet ovdi vratit

If you're looking to taste some lovely local varieties, with a team who is truly passionate about their art, Bibich is the winery for you. We stopped by on the way back to Split, and absolutely loved it.

Nikola was a fantastic server who was highly considerate of (our) preferences and did his best to accommodate to our likings. The menu was thoroughly explained to great detail with fine descriptions. Aside from the service, the wine was outstanding with the price of wine comparing greatly to the quality. The food to continue. Each plate was unique and the taste was sweetly suited. We didn’t have time to enjoy desert, but the selection was precise. The company is small, but the heart and hands are full. Everything is done with care and attention, from farm to table. Entirely recommend for anyone interested in enjoying the slowness of life.

My husband and I stopped here on a whim after a visit to Krka and I am so glad we did! Definitely a trip highlight. We were immediately greeted and welcomed and the entire staff was so accommodating and excited to share their wine and food, and for good reason because everything we tried was delicious! We each got the 10 wine flight and it was so much fun to get to try so many wines! They were all very enjoyable and some of the best we had in Croatia. We also got the charcuterie and the truffle octopus to pair with the wine - so delicious! We unfortunately had to catch a flight so were in a bit of a rush but they were very accommodating and timely. Without a doubt, the best service we had our entire time visiting Croatia. I wish we could have stayed to enjoy longer. Highly recommend to anyone in the area, it was the perfect way to end our trip in Croatia! živjeli!
