Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti in questa struttura e l'accoglienza ricevuta ha superato di gran lunga le aspettative per una categoria tre stelle. Kristina, Dean e le loro figlie/collaboratrici si sono dimostrati estremamente disponibili e attenti, offrendo un livello di cura che raramente si trova anche in strutture di categoria superiore. Non solo ci è stato fornito un comodo servizio navetta dall’aeroporto, ma grazie alla loro profonda conoscenza del territorio siamo riusciti a muoverci con facilità utilizzando i mezzi pubblici. I proprietari si sono rivelati genuinamente attenti nel consigliare esperienze e attività locali, occupandosi direttamente delle prenotazioni e risolvendo con estrema professionalità qualsiasi necessità o inconveniente si presentasse durante il soggiorno. Per quanto riguarda l’alloggio, abbiamo soggiornato in una camera doppia senza balcone. Gli spazi, in particolare il bagno, sono risultati comodi e funzionali. Tuttavia, l’arredamento appare datato e l’insonorizzazione lascia a desiderare: la porta d’ingresso non isola adeguatamente dai rumori, compromettendo la privacy. I letti non sono particolarmente comodi, buona invece la pulizia della camera. Anche la TV presente è piuttosto obsoleta e non consente l’accesso a servizi di streaming come Netflix, limitando la fruizione ai canali locali. Gli spazi esterni offrono diverse aree comuni, alcune sopraelevate dove vi sono delle sdraio e da cui si vede parzialmente la città dall'alto e altre situate nei pressi della piccola piscina, dove viene anche servita la colazione. Quest’ultima varia leggermente di giorno in giorno, pur mantenendosi su una selezione limitata. Nonostante ciò, l’offerta è sufficiente per una colazione sostanziosa, sia dolce che salata, in linea con la classificazione della struttura. La posizione è strategica: circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Cavtat (va però considerato che il rientro è in salita), di fronte alla fermata dell’autobus 10 per Dubrovnik e a meno di cinque minuti da un minimarket.

This was one of the most relaxing holidays I have ever had Kristina and her family made you feel like you were one of them.The breakfast was superb and kept me going all day lovely little pool and hot tub very clean and nothing was to much trouble I will be there again next year this place was faultless hope I get the king size bed.This family run business deserve a medal. Loads of love Dennis XXX🥰

We had a fantastic relaxing stay at the Casteletto - everyone was so friendly and helpful snd couldn't ro enough for you. You could tell they really wanted you to have a great holiday.||Breakfast buffet was better than most hotels I've stayed at in Europe and everything was fresh and replenished throughout the service.||Special shout out to Kristina who was like everyone's Mum and went the extra mile to help with advise on where to visit, where to eat and always checked everything was good with your stay.||We will definitely return!

Every review you read about Castelletto mention the hosts, and meeting Kristina and Dejan I know why - they are absolute stars. Friendly, helpful, respectful and with an encyclopedic knowledge of the area which they're more than happy to share. A free bottle of wine in the room because they noticed it was my wife's birthday on her passport was a lovely touch.||The hotel is very peaceful and relaxed, and if our visit is anything to go by it attracts quiet couples and solo travellers which meant no after-hours noise. Breakfast was good (with a lovely semi-feral cat keeping you company), and the room was really comfy. If I had to give any negative it would be the bathroom was a little tired, but not enough to mark the place down at all, and the shower was powerful and a good temperature.||It's not far to the town, but on a steep hill, so bear that in mind. For a couple used to the hills of Sheffield it was nothing too intimidating! Winding up the main road back is a bit longer than the footpaths, but a little easier. There is one restaurant very close if you want save the walk in an evening, but the food there was nowhere near as good as other places down the hill.||All in all we had a lovely stay here, it felt like a real home from home, and we will certainly be checking here first if we ever return back to Cavtat. A great base for exploring the coast, travelling to Dubrovnik by bus, taxi or ferry, and hiking on the nearby paths.
