Beautiful real houses (not plastic mobile houses) in an impeccably maintained park. Large terrace with comfortable seating, a table with four chairs and two deckchairs. The same thing is on the roof of the house. The kitchen is well equipped, coffee machine, dish machine, included tablets for the machine as well as some spices. Air conditioning in every room as well as in the living room. The parking place is located right behind the house. Helpful and pleasant staff at the reception, all praise!

Świetna lokalizacja, można odpocząć bez tłumu na obiekcie. Dziwny zapach w domkach (nie wiem Czy to wilgoć czy też jakiś środek chemiczny) Minus za tak droga opłata za malutkiego pieska - 25 euro za dobę to dużo. Super obsługa / pozdrawiamy Panią Monikę 🌹 Domek mógłby być lepiej posprzątany (taras brudny, także i górny taras). Podłoga także niedomyta co było widać po kolanach raczkującego dziecka 🫢 Łóżka duże i wygodne.

We had a wonderfull time here. We injoyed Njivice and Aminess villa very much. It is small fishermans village with lot of greens. Some restourants there deserved our best reviews! Stuff in Amines are soo great, we got free washing of clothes once. We will come again for sure!

Wir hatten gerade erst unseren 2 wöchigen Urlaub mit Hund hier machen dürften und sind sehr begeistert! Eigentlich sind wir meist eher im Spanischenraum unterwegs, wollten aber mal was neues testen und dies hat sich absolut gelohnt. Die Unterkuft mit den kleinen Villen sind super komfortabel ausgestattet und bieten wirklich genug Platz. ( in dem Fall 2 Personen + Hund) Die Anlage schaut wie ein kleines Dorf in mitten der Natur aus, umgeben von Bäumen aber in direkter Nähe zum Strand/ Wasser. Der Empfang bei Ankuft war super herzlich, generell kann man sagen, dass das Personal einfach top ist. Hier ein paar positive Fakten: - Gute Lage da unser Häuschen nah am Eingang lag. - eigener Parklplatz unmittelbar an der Villa - Willkommenspaket für den Hund - Wirklich sehr Hundefreundlich - Hund darf auch alleine in der Unterkuft bleiben. - Hundestrände in der Nähe - gut ausgestattet Küche+ Basicpaket an Gewürzen. - Schöne Terasse - Klimaanlage - nah zum Wasser - Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich - Anlage super sauber. - Fahhradverleih vorhanden Was hat uns nicht gefallen oder gar gefehlt: Tja das ist jetzt jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber WIR haben einen Pool vermisst! Ob man sowas wirklich benötigt, - wenn doch das Meer vor der Tür ist - muss jeder für sich selber beantworten.Wir hätten uns einen zentralen gewünscht. Außerdem fanden wir die Treppen im Haus etwas gefährlich für den Hund, denn die Treppenabschnitte sind etwas groß, da einfach etwas aufpassen. Letzter Punkt sind die Kosten für einen Hund, in dem Fall 25€ pro Tag. Sorry aber das ist einfach zu viel und meiner Meinung nicht gerechtfertigt. Sowas haben wir nicht mal in Spanien in den super Hotels zahlen müssen. Fazit: Es war ein super schöner Aufenthalt und wir können diesen Ort sowie die Unterkuft dennoch nur jedem empfehlen.

Trevlig semester med närhet till både bad och god mat. Perfekt för framförallt barnfamiljer. Fungerade även för vuxna. Närheten till riejkas flygplats var ett stort plus när flyget avgick tidigt på morgonen. Bra och rymliga rum för 5 vuxna. Bra med en toalett och ett badrum med toalett

We LOVE this place. Just returned from our third visit & it was brilliant. Clean, modern, relaxing, friendly & close to both the beach & plenty of bars/restaurants. We find the villas super comfortable, really high-spec & a great place to chill - especially on the roof terrance. This place couldn't be more dog friendly. There's dog friendly beaches, all the restaurants we visited welcomed our dog & our dog (Freya) was even greeted with a toy & a pillow to sleep on when we arrived.||The Aminess team are super lovely/helpful, especially when we wish to extend our stay because we're having such a good time we don't wish to return home. The team are knowledgeable, happy & are always on hand to help with any issues/questions be that big or small.||Plenty of great food can be found in Njivice or you can embrace the stroll & visit Malinska which also offers lots of tasty options. If you have transport you can visit nearby towns & harbours. The island is really assessable & full of nearby delights.||This place is a real gem, the best of Croatian beauty & hospitality. We highly recommend & are genuinely looking forward to our next visit.
Eine wunderschöne Anlage in einem mit Bäumen und Wegen ausgestatteten Grünbereich. Der Weg zum Meer mit den typischen Kieselbuchten und Steinplatte ist nicht weit und je nach Villa fast vor der Türe. Es empfiehlt sich eine Liege oder Auflage mitzunehmen für mehr Bequemlichkeit. Da die Strände in Kroatien jedoch Allgemeingut sind, ist dies hier kein Teil der Bewertung. Es gibt Gastronomie am Strand und die Strandpromenade grenzen an die Anlage an. Den Parkplatz der Unterkunft hatten wir direkt vor der Türe. Die Villa selbst ist sehr modern gehalten, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte etwas Renovierung gebrauchen (Steckdosen, Handlauf, Abnutzungserscheinungen im Bad usw.). Die Sauberkeit (auch die Anlage selbst) ist perfekt und es werden die Bettwäsche und Handtücher regelmäßig gewechselt. Selbst das Toilettenpapier wird regelmäßig nachgefüllt und die Müllkübel entleert. Extrem hervorheben möchte ich die tolle Ausstattung der Küche (Wir waren jahrelang in Frankreich unterwegs und dort gibt es sowas in keinem Mobilhome). Es stehen so ziemlich alle Küchenutensilien bereit, die man benötigt. Zwei Kaffeemaschinen (eine mit Filter, eine mit Tabs), Wasserkocher, sehr großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierteil usw. Absolut überrascht und entzückt war ich über die neuen (Markenware) Gewürze wie Salz, Pfeffer, mediterrane Gewürzmischung und Balsamikoessig. Wenn man jetzt meckern möchte auf hohem Niveau dann könnte man für die Terrasse noch eine Tischdecke bereitstellen. Aber wie gesagt.....top Ausstattung. Die Anlage selbst verfügt über keine Möglichkeit die Wäsche zu waschen. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr bemüht und freundlich. Sie teilten mir mit, dass es kein Problem wäre, die Wäsche (Strandtücher) dem Reinigungsteam mitzugeben und dann geliefert zu bekommen (aufhängen muss man sie selbst). Auf die Frage, was denn das kosten würde, wurde ich informiert, dass dies kostenfrei sei. Ebenso möchte ich noch hervorheben, dass man per Briefchen informiert wird, wenn eine Hochzeit im nahegelegenen Restaurant stattfindet (zwecks etwaiger Lärmbelästigung). Die Musik fanden wir beide dann aber auch schon wieder gut, denn grundsätzlich geht es sehr ruhig und entspannt zu - Ende Mai/Anfang Juni fast schon einsam. Zusammenfassend hatten wir hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einer schönen Unterkunft mit tollem Service.

Prošli vikend smjestili smo goste koji su bili na vjenčanju našeg sina u Aminess gaia green vilama u Njivicama. To je bila sjajna odluka jer smo i mi i gosti bili prezadovoljni smještajem , a ponajviše uslugom. Sve je bilo izvanredno uključujući i zajednički doručak u restoranu na plaži . Kada odabiremo mjesto gdje ćemo provesti ugodan vikend ili godišnji odmor vodimo se slikama i moram reći da su Aminess vile zaista jako lijepe i ugodne , ali ono što ne vidimo na slikama je usluga koju dobijemo ili ponekad ne dobijemo. Svo osoblje sa kojem smo i mi i naši gosti došli u kontakt bilo je neizmjerno ljubazno i učinkovito, a gospođi Almi i gospođi Branki ne možemo dovoljno zahvaliti što su naš važan događaj učinile dodatno lijepim i posebnim. Proputovali smo po svijetu , ali rijetko smo doživjeli ovakav odnos prema gostima. To je nešto što čini razliku i što ne možete naručiti Ili platiti. Gospođo Alma , gospođo Branka od srca Vam hvala!
