Artist colony/cultural center with gorgeous street art. Both great to visit during the day and (if you aren't a wuss and like good music) during the night. Cheap beer and fun people.

Arrivé un vendredi soir aux alentours de 22h30, c'est vraiment un super endroit pour sortir. C'est convivial, la bière n'est pas cher et il y a des concerts pour tous les goûts. Un endroit cool où faire des supers rencontres à coup sûr :)

Pretty wild back alley with a lot of graffiti, street art and other installations. No pictures of people are allowed. Definitely worth a visit just to see the colors! Some of the art is a bit weird thou 😛
