Одна из достопримечательностей Любляны. Место тусовок неформальной молодежи, представителей стрит-арта, а также алкашей и наркоманов. Здесь расположено несколько ночных клубов, бар, хостел и галерея. Стены зданий расписаны граффити. Попадаются очень оригинальные. Много своеобразных инсталляций. Контингент обитателей этого эксцентричного места пугает даже днём.
