I have booked the Emerald River tour from Mamut agency, and it was an amazing day full of beautiful landscapes, natural sights, and interesting information about Slovenija from our great guide Tjaš. It is a saturated program for the day, and we had good luck with the weather to visit all the places on our itinerary – and even some extra ones! Tjaš created a really great atmosphere in our small group, he was very helpful and recommended us great places to have snacks and lunch during the day. Since I was based in Ljubljana, the agency also organized a convenient transfer to Bled for me to join the group. The agency managers, Nik and Urska, were very friendly and helpful. I sincerely recommend this tour if you want to fall in love with this beautiful country!

I booked an airport shuttle and they drove me to Ljubljana, said the booking wasn’t in the system. I had to get a taxi from there so I wouldn’t miss my flight. Never gave me a refund when I contacted them. Really disorganised.

I didn't even want to give them one star. Absolutely awful service. We were booked on their canyoning trip, they made us wait over an hour in the ridiculous heat because there were delays, once the transport arrived we were then told they'd accidentally overbooked the trip and we couldn't go. We wasted a whole day waiting around for what was supposed to be a fun activity on our last day. Tried to palm us off with a horse riding trip instead. Definitely avoid using this company

V Bledu jsme si koupili lístky do areálu Vintgar Gorge a zároveň shuttle tam i zpět. Jediný zádrhel byl v tom, že lístky spolu nesouvisely časově. Do areálu jsme se dostali 2 hodiny po příjezdu dopravy a zpět jsme neměli šanci spojem, který nám domluvili odjet, jelikož odjížděl 30 minut po našem příchodu do soutěsky. Přičemž trasa trvá okolo hodiny a půl, jak nám sám prodejce řekl. Na informacích ve Vintgar Gorge nám bylo sděleno, že se stejným problémem se potýkají často, ale nic s tím nejde dělat.

Vandaag canyoning gedaan. De oudste van 13 en mijn man vonden het geweldig, de jongste vond het eng. We hadden bewust die in Bled gekozen, omdat daar bij stond voor families. Ter plekke bleek dat wij beter voor de ochtendronde dan voor de middagronde hadden kunnen kiezen. De ochtendronde heeft sprongen van 2 tot 4 meter, de middagronde 8 meter. Het zou fijn zijn als dit op de website staat, dus dat je dit voor het boeken weet. Ter informatie voor wie dit willen, 's middags is het spannender als je niet van grotere hoogtes houdt. Verder was het een geweldige activiteit die onze oudste en mijn man zo weer zouden doen.

Not happy with the experience. Myself and my group weren't familiar with the language and so we relied on the staff to tell us any and all important information. They said we only had to pay 10 euros each. We also had to be back by a specific time for a 4 hour journey and didn't want anything straining/wet. By the photos, it looked like a relaxing walk and was also told it was a flat walk with no hills. Well, after we paid 40 euros, they proceeded to tell us that we didnt pay for our ticket, we had to go online ourselves and buy them for another 10 euros each. We had infact only paid for the taxi there and back with the spoken about location drop off/pick up. The taxi driver couldnt speak english which wasn't an issue at all, but he dropped us off barely outside the location we had to be. It was in fact a gorge walk that included us hiking up a huge hill so we got extremely wet and had to rush everything. When we reached our final location pick up, we were worried about the taxi not arriving/not knowing our location, so I tried contacting them with the number they provided. Phone number did not work (I checked with the cafe owner) so we had to rely on them turning up. When the taxi man did turn up (thankfully ontime), two of our members had ordered coffees as they were so cold and exhausted. The taxi man ushered hastily into the taxi as if he was late (he was earlier than the designated time) - he even told the two to throw their drinks away, they arent allowed in the taxi and wasnt going to wait for them. The only positive is we got back intime. Dissapointed...In the end, we spent 40 euros on a 15 minute taxi and the taxi man wasn't friendly. Staff laughed at us saying "Well you got back in time, didn't you?" We won't be using again

I booked a half-day trip from Bled to Postojna caves and Predjama castle night before the trip, got a quick response to my email and then the next day left on time from the meeting point. Our driver Janez was very friendly, talkative and a good driver. Can recommend! :)

Great value and friendly staff - highly recommend paddle boarding on the lake (we went two days in a row). Mamut provide dry bags to keep your belongings safe, and it’s only a short walk from the lake. The best value SUP rental in the area
