KRAJNJE NEPROFESIONALNI I NESTRUČNI. Ne žele popraviti uređaj pod garancijom, pokušavaju na sve moguće načine otkantati korisnika, pri tom mu dajući LAŽNE i NETOČNE informacije. Ne znam kako je uopće moguće da ovakve firme još posluju u današnje vrijeme. IZBJEGAVATI U SVAKOM SLUČAJU, POD HITNO IM TREBA UKINUTI LICENCU ZA SONY jer nisu niti O od ovlaštenog servisa.
