Very efficient and professional avtocenter in Ljubljana. As soon as you parked your car and open your door there is someone greeting you and asking you what's wrong with your Ferrari (or your fiat Panda in my case 😅).
The service is great, and you can feel people like working there.
Prices are fair and you can communicate in English. I recommend 👍

I wanted to buy new winter tyres for my Mercedes, so I called them. They said they have tyres in storage and told me to buy them on the website. I did that, only after they told me I will be waiting for these tyres for a week at least. Fact was, they did not have local storage at all, but they ordered them from their vendor. I would say, double check they have things at disposal when ordering stuff from them.

Naročili in plačali smo gume, katerih na koncu niso imeli, zato so nam ponudili druge dražje. Razliko smo nakazali. 3 dni kasneje pride kurir dpd, kjer je bilo ponovno potrebno plačati razliko. Ker nismo želeli delati nevšečnosti in zavrniti gum, katere bi kurir moral voziti 150 km nazaj smo še enkrat plačali razliko. Takoj po mailu obvestili in priložili dokazilo dvakratnega plačila. Čakali 1 teden in nobenega odgovora. Klicali na navedeno številko brez odziva ge. Dolinar. Naj poudarim, da je bila komunikacija pri naročilu zelo učinkovitra. Klic veže na servis, kjer teh svari ne urejajo. Naslednji dan ponovno poskusim priklicati gospo, ponovno me veže na servis, kjer gospodu razložim situacijo in izrazim nezadovoljstvo. Pričakovala bi vsaj mail v odogovor, da bodo zadevo preverili in uredili. Dobila se osoren odgovor, da zanj to sploh ni odgovor, da imajo 500 strank na dan inda je ravno danes, dan ko urejajo plačila ter da bodo moje prioritetno dali naprej. Od tega je minilo 3 tedne in še vedno nobenega odgovora ali vračila plačila.
