We got Nomad2000 Giant bikes for the last part of a 2-week reportage around Slovenia. We had all of our camping equipment with us and had to cover over 150 km/day, often uphill, in the sun, rain, wind... It wouldn't have been possible without their amazing bikes. The team was also super nice and flexible on pick-up and drop-off time. Everything perfect. Thank you!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy to organise a pick up and drop off off the bikes. Great bikes at the best price I could find for the quality. We ride for 5 days into the mountains and the bikes were excellent for us.

Excellent service! We rented some Giant hybrid bikes. They provided us with very helpful route suggestions and a map as well. The bikes were in a good condition and we didn't have any mechanical difficulties. Highly recommended

We hired supposedly mountain bikes to do some light cross country riding on, expecting some fairly substantial mountain bikes we arrived and received some really tired, unserviceable and dangerous bikes. At the time with no plan B we decided to proceed onwards with the bikes. After 30km of riding the bikes started falling apart, collapsed bottom brackets, warn crank arms and supposedly 'new' bald tyres gave in. Cutting our tour extremely short having decided it was unsafe to carry on we returned the bikes, we explained the situation and was just wanting to return the bikes and willingly pay for the 2 days we had the bikes and have a return for the rest of the money. After trying to explain the faults with the bikes and how unsuitable and how wrongly advertised they were the boss of the company came out and threatened us with an extremely large kitchen knife, this ended up with a call to the police. This business clearly doesn't have a clue about bikes or bike maintenance and this is coming from a MIAS level 2 mountain bike leader. At all costs avoid business with this company absolutely appalling and totally unprofessional. I'm not making this up our group has proof of the owner threatening us with a knife!
