We had a great experience with Bingo Rent. They are the only ones that allowed us to travel into Albania and through to Greece with the car which was amazing and meant we could see more. Very new and fuel efficient cars with outstanding customer service. No deposit needed and they had no issues for full insurance cover for two young drivers. Would definitely recommend and use again

Bardzo dziękujemy za pomoc i uratowanie wakacji.. Konkurencja nie chciała przyjąć naszej karty więc po przylocie zostaliśmy bez auta. Niksa pomógł nam od ręki i przedstawił ciekawą ofertę na wypożyczenie Kia XCee'd 👍👍. Nie trzeba było kaucji ani żadnych innych depozytów, nie było ukrytych kosztów.. TYLKO zatankować i jechać 😁. Local car rental company in Dubrovnik. For a 4 day rental I got reasonable price, comfortable car and full insurance. Almost half the price compared to other companies, the car and insurance coverage were the same. The attendant was very helpful. And no deposit is required. I highly recommend.

Location parfaite ! Nous avons loué une voiture pour 5 jours, à un prix très attractif. Le personnel était très accueillant et réceptif même si nous parlions pas un excellent anglais. Nous avons reçus beaucoup de conseils pour notre séjour. Tout s’est très bien passé du début à la fin ! Cet homme nous a sauvé notre voyage en Croatie. Nous étions pour prendre notre voiture réservée via le loueur Budget. Mais ils nous demandaient 3 fois plus d argent que prévu car nous n'avons que des cartes de débit, et eux veulent une carte de crédit au nom du conducteur. Dépités nous avons tenté notre chance auprès de Bingo rent et le patron nous a parfaitement rendu service, de A à Z et avec un super tarif en prime, toutes prestations comprises (même l'utilisation du véhicule hors des frontières). Nous le recommandons à 100% Et surtout, comme il nous a conseillé : ne jamais réserver votre véhicule via Volotea quand vous réservez votre billet d'avion, car en cas d'annulation sur place, vous ne trouverez personne pour vous aider ou vous rembourser.

Ayant une « carte débit » et n’ayant pas de « carte de crédit », nous n’avons pas pu louer une voiture à une agence internationale. Nous avons dû passer par cette cette chaîne locale qui est vraiment super, très arrangeante, super tarif qui comprend la location ainsi que la franchise tout risques, service rapide et efficace. Nous avons été très bien conseillées. Nous recommandons à 100%

They are really friendly and offered a reasonable price for us on April. They were so flexible as well as they didn't ask too much extra cost (some rental companies required 1) cross border fee and 2) ferry fee, and 3) double insurance fee on top of the original fee with broker webpage, and 4) early morning return fee - 4am). Additionally, they came to us when they change the rent car with the newer one. I really recommend them! If I would visit Dubrovnik again, I would choose them again!

Only good things to say about this car rental place. Got a car without reservation in maybe 5 minutes. This place didnt take any deposit and we got full insurance here for good price. Car was good and bringing the car back went really smoothly without having to argue anything about the car. Really recommend this place👍🏻

Je recommande à 100 % ! On a évité de justesse une arnaque dans l’agence voisine grâce à lui. Là-bas, ils réclamaient un acompte, une caution, un supplément pour des pneus neige… en avril ! Heureusement, il nous a sortis de cette galère et nous a trouvé une voiture en 10 minutes, sans paperasse inutile. Pas besoin de carte de crédit, on peut même payer en espèces. La voiture était impeccable, propre, quasi neuve et très confortable. Le gérant est super sympa, parle très bien anglais, explique tout clairement et vous laisse le choix. Franchement, un service au top !
