Good spot having a look over the city of Ljubljana. Services are good and fast. We have had a couple of beer and enjoyed the overview.

I thought they were exaggerating how nice the view is - they don't: being up in the cafe, and even one floor down in the restaurant, really offers the best view of Ljubljana, much nicer than from the castle hill since you can obviously also see the castle from here! At the restaurant we've had a DELICIOUS lunch for only 10EUR. Building is very charming indeed, feels like a miniature of the EMpire State Building.

The bar offers a nice view over the city, but is a bit expensive compared to other places in town. Worth going up there to have a drink on a clear day.
