Great view from the city, probably the best one you will get. You can take the elevator up to the last levels and go around the the rooftop for free. The staff from the bar is really nice so it's a great place to enjoy a drink during sunset time.

Amazing views. Very friendly staff and reminds somehow a bit like being at the Empire State Building, but smaller size. Art Deco building

Great views of central Ljubljana, otherwise not much more. It's a café. Also the standards for skyscrapers were different at the time it was built.
