While our nearby Studenac is perfect for quickly grabbing a few food items, we did Uber to this large Konzum for a better variety of items. Our experience was better than most of the previous reviews. We liked the selection and quality, especially for extra toiletries, protein shakes, beer, and fruit. Also, our request for assistance from two employees was positive and professional. Same for the cashier during payment; no issues!

I went today to purchased , in meat product section there is a small old guy I am so surprise I accidentally point my finger in the glass suddenly he told me he say pitchco matiri and he told me to clean the glass and I did , but men you don't have any Costomer service in this supermarket staff are rude and racists please educate them

Visited a few times during our stay. It's always busy and the staffs have no smile to anybody. I recommend tourists to use self check out machine, card only though. it's close to the entrance gate. There's English version for tourists, scan items like most of countries. You will need a staff to proceed card payment process. After payment, take receipt and scan to leave.

My recent visit to was incredibly disappointing due to the unprofessional and unfriendly staff. Their rude behavior made for a very unpleasant shopping experience. Management needs to address these serious customer service issues.

A big market, also opened on Sundays, many products available. Maybe cheapest postcards in dubrovnik (0,49€ per one). However the cashiers are not friendly. One cashier (older woman) was rude towards the girl who was in a line before me

Worst experience! the cashier was very rude. As we were about to pay she started yelling at us for no reason. She knew we were tourists and she forced us to speak the language, again not needed, the process could be simple and quiet as we had everything we needed. There was no greeting, just angry yelling. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We got back and checked all the reviews of the other people. They were valid.

All of the comments people have previously posted are valid. I went there today looking for one item. Didn’t end up buying anything and wanted to leave but the female checker yelled at me and said I needed a receipt to leave. I told her I didn’t buy anything. She motioned me to stand in the long check out line. I eventually just said excuse me to everyone in line and walked through. She was just very rude.

Parking payant pour aller faire les courses, 3€ de l'heure ! Aberrant ! Les prix sont chers dans le magasin. La caissière était impolie ! Pas de 'Bonjour', pas de 'Au revoir', aucun sourire, rien. Elle jete le ticket de caisse aux clients comme pour dire 'Dégagez les touristes !' Elle l'a fait a un des clients devant nous, ça nous à fait mal au cœur pour eux. Finalement, elle nous l'a fait également ! A fuir !!!
