Hrana je bila zelo dobra. Postrežba prav tako. Osebje je zelo prijazno, komunikativno in profesionalno. To restavracijo zelo priporočam, če ste ljubitelji morske hrane vam bo tukaj hrana zelo všeč. Če pa niste pa imajo na izbiro tudi nekaj fenomenalnih klasik. Obisk te restavracije vam bo definitivno ostal v spominu in okusu.

one of two seafood restaurants in Maribor, really nice ambience, a hidden outdoor place, if you’re lucky you also get to hear some music, the stew was good, though I think there was still some sand left from the seafood, interesting take on it with curry though; the mussels sauce was excellent and it was tasty, some mussels could not open though; not the cheapest and a bit slow service

Looking for a good fish restaurant in Maribo, we followed the recommendation of a cab driver and ended up at Novi Svet. And we were not disappointed: the three-course fish menu was excellent. Mussels, giant shrimps, calamari, grilled fish, etc. And everything very fresh and very well prepared. The staff, including the host couple, was very friendly and accommodating. When it came to wine selection, we were first offered several wines to taste before making our choice. Although the house wine was very good, we finally chose a red Cabernet Sauvignon (EUR 26 a bottle), which tasted excellent. By the way, the restaurant has a very nice courtyard overgrown with grapes. If we should ever come near Maribo again, we will certainly pay Novi Svet a visit again.
