The reception staff was very incapable of doing the basic tasks required to check us in. When entering the room, the door knob was broken and the air condition did not work, it was very hot. It took several calls and an hour of back-and-forth for them to give us another room. When checking out, our friend (who had another room, also with a broken air condition) was asked to pay the room again, although he paid while checking in. It took for them to find the original receipt to let him go (we were hurrying to catch a flight). So, not a very relaxing nor smooth experience. Very unprofessional. Although the rooms look good and the beds and showers are good. I do not recommend this hotel overall.

Hôtel bien situé à côté de l’autoroute. - Mais niveau service 0, - mini bar vide Attention la personne qui gère la cuisine chinois pas aimable. à évité manger sur place . Au départ petit déjeuner 15€ par personne après il m’a facturé 21€ par personne. On plus de ça rien à manger tout bas de gamme .

Kein Wasser im Zimmer,dafür aber Chips und andere für entsprechende Preise,das Hotel ist neu,modern,schöne Idee mit Waschbecken im Zimmer,in der Dusche aber fehlt doch ein Tür/Abgrenzung vom Zimmer.Frühstück ok,für jeden etwas zu finden

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The staff are delightful, the room is perfect, and the food in the restaurant was truly delicious. If im ever in Zagreb again I will be 100% sure to stay here. Special mention to Tea on reception and the guys working in Tanto on 19th July. Truly a credit to the hotel!

- Not much recognition or benefits for loyal members if any at all. - Ceilings in the room looks terrible like they are not finished, i get this is idea to save money but when you go to. bed and look up you feel like you are in basement. - Bathroom is terrible, make me feel like this was made for other person to enjoy the view from the bed as you could see all that is going in in the bathroom from the bed because someone thought it's a good idea to put the mirror between open bathroom and the bed. No privacy at all it is ridiculous.
