Heel lekker gegeten, sterke smaken, eenvoudige ingrediënten die dankzij de technieken van de chef tot sterrenniveau worden opgetilt. De chef werkt graag met gerookte smaken. Ook de wijnen waren mooi in combinatie met de gerechten. Zeer vriendelijke bediening die je meteen op je gemak stelt. Naarmate het drukker wordt, duurde het soms iets langer voor de bediening aan tafel kwam. Echter, geen klachten. Volledig volgens verwachting.

An extremely pleasant dinner with the 5 course menu. The restaurant is placed in the castle tower which in itself makes the place unique. The menu was delicious and the service impeccable. Highly recommend ❤️

Prima cena della mia vita in un ristorante stellato e di certo non sono rimasto deluso: un'esperienza indimenticabile. Ogni piatto mi ha sorpreso per la sua esplosione di sapori, location molto suggestiva, servizio impeccabile che spiegava in ogni dettaglio i piatti. Sicuramente ci tornerò la prossima volta che passerò per Lubiana!

So far, it is the best Michelin restaurant we have discovered. We were really blown away by the originality of multiple dishes. It is a gastronomic restaurant that has not forgotten that the customer is hungry and balances very well quality with quantity. Service is impeccable and the wine list as well.

Absolutely wonderful, incredible atmosphere and design in the castle tower. The staff were so accommodating to my husband's allergy. The local wine was delicious, but the FOOD was flawless we had the 5 course tasting menu, which included 3 amuse bouche and homemade sour dough bread and finishing with beautiful petit fours. I have eaten in a few Michelin star restaurants, including some famous ones and this was the best food I have ever had the pleasure to eat. If you are visiting Ljubljana you must go.
