Another one of the nicely made WW2 memorials in the area. It is also significant for being Checkpoint No. 18 of "Goranski planinarski put". It lies on a rest-stop along straight segment of the road. A small but seemingly seldom used park is just behind it next to the trail through the woods. The mentioned trail - GPP - gets here through the canyon from Čabar and the source of river Čabranka, and continues in direction of Kozji vrh and Prezid.
