It's very new and it has obstacles for begginers and advanced skaters. It has a variety of obstacles for street and ramps, it also has a smooth flat. It has electrical benched for charging phones. I personally like it a lot, but it can be very crowded with little kids on scooters otherwise it has a nice flow and vibe
