Nul sterren. Zoals iemand hier al zei: check de auto duizend keer op schade. Wij ontvingen 11 dagen na het terugbrengen een offerte van Seat (320 euro) + 91 euro administratiekosten voor de 'verschrikkelijke schade' die je op de foto kan zien. Ja, ze moesten het in rood omcirkelen omdat we het eerst niet zagen. Diezelfde dag werd er dus meer dan 410 euro van mijn creditcard gehaald, zonder enige discussie. Wij hebben de afgelopen jaren 10 à 15 keer een auto gehuurd in het buitenland en hebben dit nog nooit meegemaakt. Europcar: nooit meer. (@Europcar: bezorg me binnenkort gerust de factuur van de herstelling! ;))

Asked for a quote through email, got confirmation that the vehicle was available, but the quote was 3x the price that I was offered on the Europcar website. Decided to book through the website instead, got a reply after 16h "we don't have availability for this vehicle". What a joke. Maybe other Europcar locations are more honest, but run away from this one.

Not good experience. Possible to book online, but then when you call there is no car available. Operator says there’s no one way charge, but online it says one way charge will be taken from deposit. No one knows how much it is. They also have a €90 admin fee in case of damage. We decided not to rent here, simply because it didn’t feel trustworthy.

L'agence était fermée à l'heure prévue de prise du véhicule. L'agence nous a facturé 25 € aux motifs que la location a commencé en dehors des horaires d'ouverture. La personne de l'agence n'était pas agréable ni aimable

Бронировал машину заранее, решил не экономить и взять с Premium страховкой, которая как показывает сайт europcar снижает ваши риски до 0 евро. При получении машины залог составил 500 евро, вместо указанных ранее 400 евро, также я на всякий случай переспросил за что взимается Administration fee 91,5 евро Maja Paulin ответила, что только если машина будет, цитирую: "almost destroyed". После того как я попал под град и с меня списали 91,5 евро и Maja Pulin отказалась от своих слов. На оба моих запроса в службу поддержки клиентов Europcar ответа я не получил... Вот так ценят клиентов в Europcar :( Не пользуйтесь услугами Europcar, они обманывают своих клиентов !

Как я не сталкивался с данным прокатом автомобилей где в какой-либо стране получал только негативное потому что цены у них неадекватные условия за какой-то простенький ford focus или фиеста они за 7 дней проката просили 800 евро какое-то одно сплошное наебалово

Έχουμε οδηγήσει ξανά europcar σε Πορτογαλία και Ελλάδα και είμασταν ικανοποιημένοι. Εδώ είχαμε πρόβλημα με την κάρτα. Έπρεπε λόγω της πολιτικής της εταιρείας να είναι credit ενώ έμας ήταν debit και MasterCard. Ως αποτέλεσμα δεν καταφέραμε να νοικιάσουμε αυτοκίνητο...
