The atmosphere was off, sushi rice tasted weird, salmon wasn't fresh and looked bad, soy sauce was mixed with water so it didn't have any taste. "Ramen" was just noodles that tasted ok at best. Service was ok but the waiters didn't understand what we wanted. Over all very bad experience.

The food is great and the popprtions are good - all you can eat. The waiting time between dishes can be about 15 to 20 min so make sure you don’t need to rush anywhere soon.

Hrana je zaista bila jako dobra, ali usluga nas je potpuno razočarala. Osoblje očito ne zna ni hrvatski ni engleski dovoljno dobro da bi se mogla voditi osnovna komunikacija. Sve smo morali ponavljati po nekoliko puta, a ni tada nismo bili sigurni jesu li nas razumjeli. Uz to, na sve smo čekali predugo – od dolaska konobara, do jela i pića. U jednom trenutku smo se zapitali jesu li nas zaboravili. Nisu bili neugodni, ali jednostavno nisu bili sposobni normalno komunicirati s gostima. Šteta, jer kuhinja ima potencijala, ali zbog ovakve usluge ne bih se vratio.

Sinoć sam večerao sa suprugom u restoranu Tsuki i bilo je to odlično iskustvo. Hrana je bila izvrsna, riža za sushi bila je autentično japanska, a riba svježa. Osoblje je bilo srdačno i uslužno, osjećali smo se vrlo dobrodošlo tijekom cijele večeri. Parkiranje je bilo jednostavno, odmah ispred restorana. Ulaz je vrlo privlačan i stvara ugodan dojam čim stignete. Također smo uživali u koktelu, koji je lijepo zaokružio našu večer. Sigurno ćemo se vratiti!

DISGUSTING. NEVER AGAIN. I don’t even know where to begin. I ordered sushi, and it was hands down the WORST I’ve ever had in my life. The fish tasted off, the rice was soggy, and the smell? Like something died. Not long after eating, I was throwing up — violently. Spent the whole night hugging the toilet thanks to this nightmare of a meal. The place was filthy. Dirty tables, sketchy atmosphere, and staff who looked like they couldn’t care less. The bathroom? Don’t even go there unless you want trauma. DO NOT EAT HERE. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. If you value your health, your time, and your stomach — avoid this place like the plague.

After reading many positive reviews, our family of four decided to try Tsuki in Pula, but unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our dinner. We chose the All You Can Eat option, which did not meet our expectations. The first three dishes arrived just a few minutes after we ordered — a bit too fast, actually — but after that, the food came out in small batches with a ridiculously long wait between each round. Keep in mind, each dish was very small. When we placed our first order, we asked the server if we had ordered the right amount, which she assured us was just right. In hindsight, it barely added up to one full portion of food. By the time we realized we needed to order much more, we were already too annoyed with the long waiting times. It ended up taking over three hours to receive all our dishes — and we still didn’t eat that much in total. To make matters worse, they forgot several of the dishes we ordered. But since we had no idea how long it would take for them to arrive — or if they would show up at all — we didn’t dare ask, as the restaurant has a policy that you must pay extra for any leftover food on your plates. The food itself was just okay. The best items were the pickled bean sprout salad and the cabbage salad, probably because those dishes benefit from being pre-made. The sashimi was also fresh and tasty. However, with over 150 different dishes to choose from (!) , it’s clear that not everything is made with care. All in all, the most expensive dinner of our vacation ended up being a frustrating and unsatisfying experience with food that was, at best, just okay.

We visited this restaurant late at night, just before closing time, yet the staff remained incredibly friendly and welcoming. The space was open and airy, making it a comfortable place to dine. Although we ordered à la carte instead of going for the all-you-can-eat option, the portions were impressively generous: each dish was so filling that we ended up completely stuffed! The food itself was noticeably fresher and tastier than at most all-you-can-eat places I’ve tried. One detail that really stood out was how hygienic the restaurant seemed. We saw the staff carefully disinfect each menu with alcohol wipes during cleanup, which gave us confidence in their cleanliness standards. Overall, a great experience with quality food, generous portions, and excellent service.

The food was peculiar. We liked it so much we went back two days later. The quality of service at this restaurant depends a lot on how busy it is. The waiters are friendly and polite, but the speed of service can vary — on our first visit we had to wait quite a long time for our orders, while on the second one the food arrived almost immediately. One issue we've experienced multiple times is that some of the dishes we ordered were no longer available, but we were only informed once. On the other occasions, we waited unnecessarily for food that was already sold out. Overall we'll definitely return if we visit Istria the next time.

Das Preisleistungverhältnis passt optimal. Die Portionen sind riesengroß, also unterschätzt bitte nicht was ihr bestellt. Man wird hier sehr verwöhnt. Der Service ist top. Die Bedienung kann mehrere Sprachen, hauptsächlich kann man auf englisch bestellen. Das Lokal ist empfehlenswert!
