Restoran se nalazi na 8. soratu hotela Hilton, na trgu Slavija, blizu centra grada. Trenutno je gradilište preko puta pa nema lep pogled sa terase, ali će svakako biti impozantan kada se sve izgradi u okolini. Gosti restorana su pretežno turisti, stranci. Oni koji žive u Beogradu pre će izabrati neki drugi restoran, u blizini, po mnogo povoljnijim cenama. Enerijer je izuzetno lep. Podržavam ovaj koncept restorana sa Michelin preporukom, jer je poteban metropoli kao što je Beograd.

Our business — I emphasize, business — dinner for six became a showcase of how one manager can tarnish the entire Hilton brand. The person in question is Mr Kristijan Boros. 1. Smooth start. A courteous waiter seated us at a proper table in the main dining room — exactly how any dinner in a Hilton-level hotel should begin. 2. The “manager” arrives — everything unravels. Mr Boros, without introducing himself, in an arrogant tone and with open rudeness, ordered our group to vacate the table, saying that “in 25 minutes” other guests would arrive. He even felt compelled to ask the inappropriate question, “Will you be drinking or eating?” We made it clear: both — surely sufficient information for any restaurant manager. 3. The “compromise” is an insult. We were moved to a remote corner with low coffee tables utterly unfit for dinner: cramped shoulders, plates barely fitting, and no semblance of a presentable setting for meeting partners. 4. Promised “25 minutes” stretched to two hours — still no one came. The supposedly reserved table sat empty the entire time. Reasonable question: did those guests even exist, or was this simply an unnecessary power play by the manager? 5. Final stroke — total absence of service. When we asked for his name to file a complaint with Hilton HQ, Mr Boros showed rare “modesty” for the hospitality industry: he refused to state his name or present a card, as if anonymity could shield him from responsibility

Unacceptable Treatment of Hotel Guests at Hilton – 8th Floor Restaurant On June 17, 2025, our group of six people, all Asian guests staying at the hotel, visited the Hilton restaurant located on the 8th floor. At first, a waiter politely seated us at a free table, and we began placing our order — some items had already been submitted. However, a few minutes later, an administrator named Kristijan Boros approached us and insisted that we move to another table, claiming that ours was “reserved.” We were moved to the far end of the restaurant, to a less convenient table, without any proper explanation, apology, or attempt to handle the situation professionally. What made the situation worse is that no one showed up to take the supposedly reserved table during the full two hours we stayed in the restaurant. The experience left us with the clear impression that the real reason we were moved was not the reservation — but our appearance and ethnicity. As paying guests of the hotel, we expected the level of service that Hilton is known for — not to be treated with such disrespect and disregard. We strongly urge the hotel management to investigate the behavior of administrator Kristijan Boros and to review the overall guest treatment standards at the 8th floor restaurant. We hope this feedback will prevent others from facing such an unpleasant and discriminatory experience in the future.

I came one more time and the same manager and same hostess welcomed me and they where again rude and they were judgmental towards me, they thought I came to eat sushi and they didn't even ask me what I was going to eat, they put me back at the bar table and as they judged that I don't have enough money for a steak, while the manager earns in a month what I earn in a week

Unfortunately, nobody has mentioned here — and the hostess also failed to warn me on the phone — that the entire view is now completely spoiled by a huge and ugly construction site. This makes visiting the restaurant absolutely pointless, especially since the food is mediocre as well. It was incredibly disappointing, as we came to celebrate a birthday, and I even informed the hostess in advance that I was bringing a demanding guest for a special occasion. Nevertheless, we ended up sitting next to a construction site. I also found this restaurant listed on a website featuring Michelin restaurants in Belgrade; however, this is clearly misleading, as it does not meet such standards. Additionally, despite the stated dress code, many guests were dressed very casually, which made us feel quite overdressed. The restaurant does not even use tablecloths (which is actually visible in some of the photos, but I had hoped they would be placed for dinner service), making the atmosphere far from classy or high-end. Finally, they serve lobsters, which is extremely cruel, as the animals are boiled alive and suffer greatly. If this hadn’t been my first visit, I would never have chosen this place for a birthday celebration. Such a disappointment.

Bez obzira na Michelin preporuke tri godine zaredom, ocena je 4. Pretenciozno mesto, preterana buka sa obliznjeg gradilista, late nista posebno, zamolila sam za keksic koji nisam dobila, kao ni vodu uz kafu, cene visoke.
