Fünf Sterne sind nicht genug! Konoba Pelago ist ein absolutes Juwel in Jelsa. Wir kamen vor sieben Jahren zum ersten Mal hierher und seitdem ist es unser Lieblingsrestaurant, das wir immer wieder gerne besuchen. Die Meeresfrüchte sind einfach exzellent – frisch und perfekt zubereitet. Und die Pizzen? Einfach hervorragend! Was diesen Ort aber wirklich besonders macht, ist die außerordentliche Gastfreundschaft. Man spürt sofort, dass das familiäre Verhältnis nicht gespielt ist, sondern von Herzen kommt. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis bei jedem Besuch! Five stars aren't enough! Konoba Pelago is an absolute gem in Jelsa. We first came here seven years ago, and ever since, it has been our favorite restaurant that we love to visit again and again. The seafood is simply excellent – fresh and perfectly prepared. And the pizzas? Simply outstanding! But what truly makes this place special is the extraordinary hospitality. You immediately feel that the family-like relationship isn't put on, but comes from the heart. An unforgettable experience with every visit!

Restauracja ta niewątpliwie ma swój urok, przytulny klimat i uprzejma, serdeczna obsługa tworzą przyjazną atmosferę, w której z przyjemnością chciałoby się spędzić czas. Niestety, całościowy odbiór miejsca znacząco obniża jakość serwowanych dań. Największym rozczarowaniem okazało się mięso niezależnie od rodzaju (czy to wołowina, wieprzowina czy drób), wszystkie potrawy były wyjątkowo suche, twarde i trudne do przeżucia, co skutecznie odbierało radość z jedzenia. Równie nierówna była jakość ryb zdarzało się, że jedna porcja była soczysta i odpowiednio doprawiona, podczas gdy inna tego samego dania – sucha, jałowa i bez wyrazu. Taka niekonsekwencja budzi poważne zastrzeżenia co do standardów kuchni i kontroli jakości. Dodatkowym mankamentem była organizacja czasu na posiłki przyszło nam czekać ponad 40 minut, a podobny czas oczekiwania dotyczył… samego rachunku. To nie tylko nieefektywne, ale wręcz frustrujące, zwłaszcza po niezbyt udanym posiłku.

Hey Freunde! Der Chef ist super nett und begrüßt jeden persönlich. Der Betrieb ist familiengeführt und fast alle Speisen hausgemacht. Der Service ist exzellent und sehr aufmerksam. Es gibt immer einen Kurzen auf's Haus. Das Essen war fantastisch, klare Empfehlung! Ich hatte als Vorspeise einen Oktopussalat, danach das Thunfischsteak und zum Schluss den Schokoladenkuchen. Great little find just a street back from the main waterfront area. The staff were really friendly and made us feel very welcome and valued. The restaurant was nice with a mix of inside and outside (in a courtyard type set up). The food was lovely - I had a traditional Croatian beef and gnocchi stew, which I would definitely recommend. Thanks for a great evening!
