The tuna tartare was perfect, and the Mama Mia pasta with monkfish and scampi was absolutely delicious. Big compliments to the kitchen and staff! We highly recommend Nono Ban to anyone visiting Brač – without a doubt, the best restaurant on the island!

Nono Ban na Braču savršen je izbor za miran i opuštajući odmor, daleko od gradske buke. Domaćin je izuzetno ljubazan i gostoljubiv. Sobe ostaju ugodno hladne čak i tijekom najvećih vrućina. Restoran unutar posjeda nudi vrhunsku hranu, dok je cijeli kompleks prekrasno uređen sa pažnjom na detalje i izuzetno čist – od bazena do soba. Toplo preporučujem ovo mjesto svima koji planiraju posjetiti Brač.

Bili smo oduševljeni svakim trenutkom našeg boravka ovdje. Osoblje u restoranu je bilo izuzetno ljubazno i profesionalno, te su se pobrinuli za svaki detalj. Hranu koja je bila izvrsna mogu opisati kao savršen spoj domaće i moderne kuhinje. Smještaj nam se posebno svidio jer je blizu svih atraktivnih lokacija, a opet dovoljno udaljen kako bi uživali u duhu otoka koji odiše mirnoćom. Pravi raj za hedoniste!

We had the octopus "peka" at Nono Ban, and it was absolutely perfect — tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Easily the best dish we had during our stay on the island of Brač. The staff was friendly, the setting was relaxed and charming, and the whole experience was unforgettable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Speaking of the restaurant only. Very weird and dissapointing experience. First of all, almost no atmosphere on a Friday evening at 9pm. I don't know why I expected this place to be packed but it isn't. The food and price might have something to do with it. There is a lovely Filipino lady serving but she doesn't know much about the food and I'm not sure if there is local staff in the kitchen but we thought it best not to choose the fish dishes. Btw, the price of the fish is very high, considering it's just a regular konoba in the hills 20 minutes outside of Bol (around 90eur/kilo for fresh, not farmed fish. For comparison, in Konoba Ciccio in Murvica, which is on a wonderful beach and 15 minutes of dirt road from Murvica it's 75 eur per kilo). So we chose the tuna carpaccio which was quite tasteless (had avocados? Not exactly a traditional experience) and a veel hamburger which was ok but 18 euros is far too expensive for the experience. The benches are too far away from the stone tables so sitting is uncomfortable. On top of everything, there is what I can only describe as romantic (non-croatian) wedding music playlist blaring from the speakers (they do weddings so maybe it just stuck), adding to the weird, inauthentic feeling. The owners were sat chilling nearby not lifting a finger while the sole filipina waiter tried to serve the 3 tables that were there which is quite off-putting to see and makes you wonder about their work ethics. In short. Average food, weird atmosphere, overpriced, definitely not worth the 20 minute ride from Bol. There are much better restaurants in the town itself. Skip this one.

Best hotel we’ve experienced on the Croatian islands. The amenities are incredible, the location great and the staff super nice and kind I recommend both the delicious and reasonably priced restaurant as well as the hotel. Definitely worth the 10min drive from Bol for a relaxing 5 star experience in Brac!!

Superbe expérience à l’hôtel Nono Ban. Nous y sommes restés 3 nuits, nous recherchions le calme et la tranquillité… on ne pouvait pas espérer mieux !! Les chambres sont spacieuses et élégantes. Le lit était très confortable et c’était calme. Les services piscine et salle de sport sont parfait. Nous avons dîné un soir et c’était excellent. Certains plats sont à réserver la veille - l’agneau cuit au four était succulent. Très bel accueil, très bons services. Je recommande vivement.

Predivno zdanje u srcu bračkog krša. Sve autohtorno napravljeno u bračkom kamenu. Hrana odlična a cijena pristupačna. Prava palača sa bazenom i kad je posjetite osjećati će te se kao car ili carica. Definitivno vrijedi posjetiti i kušati riblje specijalitete.

It‘s our second time here. We have always been treated with such warmth, thanks to Natalia, who always made sure every wish was met. This campfire octopus (Peka) for two is flavorful, highly recommended to pair with their house white wine. It‘s better to call and reserve when you want the traditional campfire dish (Peka) with lamb, adriatic fish, octopus as they require more time to be prepared.

Superlative location, wonderful and friendly staff, home cooked food, stunning views from the balcony. Spotless rooms with beautiful bathrooms, comfy beds, mini bar, room safe, TV, everything you needed. The breakfast was great, selection of hot or cold choices; meats and cheeses, olives, fresh eggs, omlette, cereal, yoghurt and great coffee.
