At Konoba Jastožera, we are renowned for our fresh seafood, particularly our live lobsters, sourced directly from our own wooden sea cage. Location and Accessibility
Konoba Jastožera is situated near a historic fortress and offers breathtaking views of the sea. For our guests arriving by boat, we provide a sea entrance allowing for direct access to our tavern. Additionally, we offer berthing facilities for yachts and small boats, making it convenient to enjoy a sumptuous meal with us.
Rich History
The establishment's legacy dates back to the vision of an Italian customs officer, Balicco, who laid the foundation for lobster breeding in 1883. The facility has been a vital part of the region's history, recognized for its ability to store and transport live lobsters across Europe.

Wir kamen hierher weil es einer der vielen Drehorte von Mamma Mia 2 ist, wir erwarteten nichts besonderes aber es war einfach TRAUMHAFT! Nicht nur das Ambiente sondern auch das Essen und die super freundliche Bedienung namens Rosana. Wir kommen sehr gerne immer wieder hierher!

if you come to the island of Vis you must visit this restaurant. and order any lobster specialty. The waiter will take the lobster out of the sea just for you and give it to the chef to prepare. they also have a great selection of wines and excellent ambiance and service. the biggest surprise are the prices which are low considering the food, ambiance and service. call and reserve a table, it can get busy, especially during the week

Ambient je enkraten, neponovljiv in nepozaben, kot iz filma. Osebje pooseblja viško prijaznost in je pripravljeno deliti marsikatero izkušnjo, da počitnice na Visu ostanejo v nepozabnem spominu. Hrana je bila odlična, pripravljena iz svežih sestavin na tradicionalnen način, nakupi od lokalnih ribičevpso garancija za prvovrstno gurmansko izkušnjo. Ponujena vina in likerji izbranih ponudnikov so bili izvrstna spremljava. Animacija z jastogi pa prava pika na i. Le tako naprej! Zagotovo se še vrnemo.

Vi var 8-personer,seglade hit o h var förväntansfulla.Fin miljö o h uppmärksammad sedan tidigare inspelning av ”Mama Mia/ABBA Första intrycket sjukt bra. Förrätt med Tonfiskcarpaccio-suveränt och till det Prosecco ifrån Italy/Brut-mycket bra Huvudrätt med pasta i tryffel sås jättegott-däremot så saknade hovmästaren en del. Glömde av att servera vårt vin till maten som ändå kostade en slant. Fick säga till hans chef att vinet saknades-???-som ändå var beställt sedan ett bra tag innan. Vinet kom utan att fråga om vi ville ha det rumstempererat eller väl avkylt. I vårt fall ville vi ha det lite rumstempererat och som vanligt 18-20grader Men det hela strandade här o h det förstörde i alla fall vår måltid på detta fina ställe. 😂🥲🤣

Divine experience! Everything was so perfect. It is a perfect and must-see spot. We had lobster (picked alive from the sea beneath restaurant) and fresh scorpiom fish for lunch. Waiter was slso great and patient guy. He gave us lots of informations and tips about island. Strongly recommend, you won't regret.

Rezervirali smo nekoliko dana unaprijed za svaki slučaj, iako na kraju nije bilo gužve jer smo došli odmah po otvaranju. Ambijent ugodan, a osoblje izuzetno ljubazno i uslužno. Posebno bismo pohvalili konobaricu koja je bila srdačna i vrlo profesionalna. Hrana je izvrsna - cijene su u skladu s kvalitetom i ponudom. Za predjelo smo uzeli salatu od hobotnice i komišku pogaču, a za glavno jelo škarpinu na žaru s povrćem s grilla te penne s pršutom i tartufima. Sve je stiglo izuzetno brzo, a okusi su bili svježi i odlično izbalansirani. Sve u svemu, restoran toplo preporučujemo i sigurno ćemo se ponovno vratiti zbog izvrsne hrane i usluge.
