Čitala sam mnogo užasnih recenzija o ovom hotelu. Ne razumem, ili smo imali sreće ili ste odradili veliki posao sa osobljem, sa kvalitetom usluge, popravili ono što je bilo pokvareno. HOTEL JE PREKRASAN!!! Doručak takođe! Najveći izbor hrane na ovom putovanju (bila sam na balkanskoj turi sa ukrajinskom Akkord turom). Tu je eurokrem, mnogo vrsta kafe, sokovi, deserti. Sve je čisto u hotelu, peškiri, kreveti su mekani, nema pauka, nema mirisa kanalizacije. Ništa nije labavo, djevojka na recepciji je bila sretna što sam razgovarala sa njom na srpskom, jer niko od turista ne uči jezike prije putovanja. Ja sam jedina koja uči)

Otopark geniş , rahat , zamanın eski lüks Hoteli. Hotel eskiyince fiyatı bu hale gelmiş Uzun yol yapan şoförler , mola vermek , duş almak . Açık büfede kahvalti yapmak ve sorunsuz park yeri için uygun yer burasi .

Loved it, although it smells like something's rotting in the bathroom and if you make a wrong turn inside the hotel you end up in random places you didn't know existed (I accidentally ended up in hotel's kitchen and some wedding venue???). Overall good but it also looks haunted as hell for several reasons I'd rather not describe, I recommend sleeping with an eye mask and earplugs if you don't want an accidental heart attack

Hotel na mirnom mestu sa prelepom bastom. Hrana je super. Osoblje je izrazito ptijatno i ljubazni. Sve pohvale narocito za jednog mladog konobara koji je bukvalno trcao do kuhinje da donese hranu na svedski sto!

Hotel srednje klase. Ima jako lijepu okućnicu, ali nažalost neuređenu. Sobe su uredne, ali izgledaju jako staro. Ako sam dobro vidio, za doručak se servira samo omlet, u 10 verzija.

The smell inside the hotel is bad, i am not going to lie, but I closed the door and opened the window, where you have to have the window handle down to open it, and it was better. The staff were nice, and the location is not good, but its in the city. There are no good views, except the buildings next to the hotel, which are i think separate from it as a business, but are really nice looking. The restaurant thats close and works with the hotel had really good food and looked better then anything else in the actual hotel. The restaurant inside of the hotel also looked great, with cool historical paintings. The breakfast there was really good.

Unbeschreiblich miserables Hotel! Zimmer alt und heruntergekommen Lage: echt abgelegen. Wir haben hier 2 Übernachtungen, kein Zimmerservice! Klodeckel lose, Warmwasser Armatur am Waschbecken ohne Funktion, also nur kaltes Wasser. Klimaanlage nicht nutzbar. Zimmer hell und laut. Frühstück ein Debakel! Mehrere Reisegruppen frühstücken gleichzeitig, es ist aber nur ein Kaffeeautomat vorhanden, über den auch Warmwasser für Tee entnommen werden muss. Um Wasser für eine Tasse Tee zu beziehen, muss mindestens 3 x der Zapf Vorgang durchgeführt werden. Gleiches gilt für Kaffee. Dadurch ergeben sich Wartezeiten in einer Warteschlange von ca. 15 Minuten pro Getränk. Butter gab es gar nicht (auch auf Nachfrage). Eier und "warme" Würste liegen in Wärmebehältern, die nicht beheizt werden, also schnell kalt sind. Raum Helligkeit absolut ungenügend. Nach Reklamation wurde eine farblich wechselnde Diskobeleuchtung aktiviert. Fazit: Ich musste noch nie in solch einer schlechten Absteige übernachten.
